Avoid at all costs
Referred by insurance company. Should have read reviews prior to booking. Works experience at a doctors office. Kids running around screaming with no parental supervision. Lack of air circulation kids sneezing everywhere and wiping hands everywhere. If you’re hoping to get sick then definitely go to this place, probably a great place to incubate new diseases. Left after forty minutes after being told there were still two patients in front of us. Unclear how this doctor is still in business, complete lack of care about patients, new and old it seems.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a pediatric doctor and office. I have a 5 month old, am a first time mom, and have been going to numerous doctors apt to get ahead of any developmental delays as suggested by our pediatrician that we have concerns about. We had an apt for 11:15am, when I walked in there were about 10 families in the waiting room waiting to be seen. We waited an HOUR AND 25 Minutes to be seen by a woman who quite possibly has the worst bedside manner. When I commented on the scheduling it was very clear she could care less about people’s time and just about how much money she can collect. Saying “people want to wait, they don’t care” ( not true ) As if this couldnt get any worse, she basically belittled me & the reasons for the visit, this woman has ZERO compassion. She said things like “you’re not a physician” (right, this is why I had an apt) and seemed inconvenienced by our visit. Do yourself a favor, don’t book!

Awful experience
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. Our initial appointment was an hour late. My child was prescribed blood work and an mri. Though I immediately made an appointment for the MRI and informed them they made no attempts submit for a pre authorization with my insurance. Though I got the bloodwork done with the lab they preferred, I still have not gotten my child’s lab results despite calling every day. Two weeks later I’ve gotten no response.

Avoid this office
MD has no empathy or compassion. Bill insurance for a 2 min call. Difficult to get someone on the phone and dropped calls. Unorganized office. Avoid at all costs.

The worse
Took my son to her and the same happened to us, went thru numerous of testing and appointments and did not got a diagnosis or a solution. It was the worse.

I took my son to this doctor for 6 months she put him through all these tests and never fully explained the results she just said everything was fine...then she dropped him as a patient because we canceled one appointment and she was away the following month and blamed me for not keeping up him his monthly appointment so she dropped us with no refills of medication. This doctor does not care about her patients or she wouldn’t have left a child without having a new doctor prescribe him the medication that she began him on. Our pediatrician was appalled when I explained to him what happened.

The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Gina, the receptionist. She was very kind and extremely patient. She accommodated my request for 3 consecutive appointments! In the middle of my appointment, she had to contact my insurance company for tests the doctor wanted to do that same day. Gina got it done right away. I like the entire staff at Dr. Ilic's office and Dr. Ilic is also wonderful.
