As a young adult I was trying to find a PCP I connected with and could stay with for some time. Immediately at my first appointment I knew I found that with dr heith. She sat down and conversed informally, asked my about my life and seemed like a genuinely great listener. The medical exam came after she felt like she knew me as a person first. She takes notes the old fashioned way as she sits to chat, and every appt since she’s always started with a catch up on my life. Not only that but the listening extends to the medical as well, never dismisses concerns and really tries to help without any judgment. Overall a wonderful person and physician; I wish everyone were like her.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Heith always takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. She is an exceptional doctor and has always gone above and beyond when it comes to my health needs.

Wonderful Doctor
Dr. Heith takes her time with you and explains various issues in a concise manner. She's incredibly pro-active with referrals such as bloodwork or specialists. Shea also is a wonderful listener who can empathize/sympathize with your situation.

Dr. Heith is the best. She makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and it feels like she really enjoys seeing you every time she walks into the exam room. I've had her as my primary care physician for over 15 years and will continue to see her until she retires! She listens and makes sure all of your questions are answered before you end the exam. She is also quick at getting back to you when you call or email the office, whether it's a follow up question or a prescription refill.

Doctor Heith is very compassionate. She listens intently and your visits never feel rushed. I feel she is very thorough in her assessment and treatment.

I have had some medical emergencies and just your typical medical problems from time to time. Never had I had a doctor so up-to-date and thoughtful about my care. I actually feel like she is a friend and a doctor all in one...someone who cares for me as a patient and a person. I actually moved practices with her when she left Lahey Clinic.
