You'll be billed for "seeing a doctor", but...
You will be billed for "seeing Dr. Sadek". However, you will never. EVER. SEE this man. EVER. I think he exists, but I can't be sure. The practice made over $40k from me with their EEG sleep monitoring facility, but he never even stopped into myroom to consult or discuss his thoughts. He wouldn't even know my name. I've had 24-hour telemetry in hospital many times before; this study told me nothing different about my condition. I'm not a high-maintenance/needing coddling type of patient. This doctor just feels like a money-mill physician. He's happy to bill us and have his PA do ALL of the legwork. I would just like 5 MINUTES of his time, especially since my epilepsy is not easily treated. Sorry, but I just come away from this place feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. In fairness, his PA is very good, and the EEG sleep facilities are quite nice. He's probably a good doctor to other people. My experience? Sorry, I can't say because he's like a ghost.

Good luck getting to see Dr. Sadek, he saw my son one time before placing him in the epilepsy monitoring location he owns. After that my son has only seen a P.A. on his visits, and has not gotten answers for his condition. What has happened to good health care?????

If able to see the actual Dr. instead of a PA or nurse practioner it could be a better experience. The PA and nurse prationers do not listen to patients and medical issues continue. When I ask why an issue cannot be addressed I was told that it is just so rare it is better to continue standard treatment. 5 years later, treatment still doesn't work and have had to seek additional medical help.

my 1st visit was with the PA he was very thorough and seemed sincere. He sent me for follow up test i.e. blood, 2 MRI and a ultrasound. His office called and had to change an appt. and proceeded to tell me Dr. Sadek was going to be away for the month of July. Well surprised I asked why no one had called me with the results of any of my tests? the receptionist put me through to medical assistant. I got her voice mail at 9:45am. I called back at 4pm as no one had the courtesy to return my call. The receptionist said she would connect me again with the med. asst. and low and behold, I got the voicemail saying the mailbox was full!! I am recovering from a stroke and think this is no way to treat a patient who has reached out to a highly recommended doctor. Needless to say so far not so good!

I found Dr. Sadek to be respectful and compassionate, more so than any of my other providers. He listened, engaged me in discussion of my desires and preferences, showed respect for my thoughts and hopes, and not only met my needs but affirmed the path I wanted to take. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. And my need is not in his specialty of epilepsy, but in the field of Alzheimer's disease.

Dr. Sedek and Heng are good doctors. Don’t plan on getting a real person from any department. Allow at least 2-3 days for a response from office staff. Short staffed maybe!

The office attendant was mean, but the worst part was the insensitivity of Dr. Sadek and his team. He didn’t care about meeting me or understanding my seizures. The only reason he’s getting two instead of one is for his nurse practitioner.

Dr. Sadek and his nurse practitioner Kristen are AWESOME and knowledgeable. My son has had seizures for most of his life and these people know their stuff! We had a very positive experience at the 24-hour monitoring sleep center as well. They will do everything they can to help their patients. If insurance is difficult, they push through it for their patients! My only complaint is their gate-keeper system. It would be nice to just email messages rather than call and have to wait 24 hours.
