Horrible Bedside Manner-Plus Rude & Condescending
Dr. Park doesn't like to be questioned. If she makes a comment and you ask her a question because you don't understand, she repeats her original comment verbatim, as though you hadn't heard her as opposed to recognizing her explanation was lacking or unclear. She is rude, dismissive, and talks condescendingly. She chided me for using lotion when I should've known that there would be an EKG. She has no warmth, never makes eye contact and didn't even give me the results of my EKG until I asked her at the end of the appointment. She doesn't explain things well, doesn't try to connect with her patients and just looks down at her computer the whole time. I've seen her for years and finally decided that I will not. Never again.

Not recomended.
I arrived early, as requested. Was checked in quickly and taken to the exam room right on time. The nurse that took my vitals and history was very nice. Spent the time. Listened. She assured me that Dr. Park would take care of me and as she left the room said she messaged Dr Park to let her know I was ready. She said she would be with me in a few minutes. After that I never saw anyone. My wife and I waited for more than an hour and noticed it got very quiet in the office. When we came out of the examining room there was no one in sight and the office seemed empty. When we walked by the receptionist my wife told her we had not seen Dr Park and she seemed surprised. Either Aimee Park is rude or very unorganized. Either is unprofessional.

Dismissive and Rude
Waited over an hour to be seen. They cancelled my appointment due to a clerical error. Dr park was impatient, rude, dismissive, and would not allow me to complete my answer before moving onto her next question. She did not listen and raised her voice at me when I did not understand her questions. When I needed to schedule follow up procedures after my appointment, reception had gone to lunch. They also neglected to give me my portal code so I am unable to create a log in. Just a huge waste of time. I will not be going back.

NO RESPONSE TO PHONE CALLS RE ISSUE
Called Dr. Park's office re an issue twice; I was 7 in cue; when I was 1 in cue my phone went dead. This happened twice. I called back and pushed the no for medical staff. Talked to a woman about my issue; she was going to check with Dr. Park and call me back. it's been 48 hours, and i've not received a return call. I called again and left message for medical staff. It doesn't do any good to have a cardiologist if you cannot get thru to someone on the phone or when you do talk to medical staff and they never call you back.
