Life-Saving Expertise and Advanced Cardiac Care
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Hashemi, whose expertise truly saved my husband's life. Following my husband's heart attack, which might have been avoided if we had been under Dr. Hashemi's care from the beginning, we made a six-hour journey to see him. We knew that only his expertise could provide the advanced treatment my husband needed, in contrast to the conservative approaches we had previously encountered. What truly sets Dr. Hashemi apart is not just his unparalleled medical proficiency but also the extraordinary care and attention he gives to each of his patients. He takes the time to listen and develop a holistic treatment plan. I wish more doctors demonstrated the same level of comprehensive care that Dr. Hashemi provides—it truly makes all the difference. I also want to extend my gratitude to his medical team at Dominion Cardiac Care for their exceptional care and support.

A caring, understanding Cardiologist.
As a Healthcare Administrator I tend to be more critical of my providers. I can honestly say that I have absolutely no concerns about the care Dr Hashemi provides me. He is compassionate, understanding, and caring. Most importantly, he listens! He addresses each concern you may have and explains, in layman’s terms, your issues and the necessary corrections and treatment. I give him the highest grades!

Excellent Care
I have been with Dr. Hashemi since I was referred by my orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Sabet, because of high blood pressure. Dr. Hashemi quickly and accurately diagnosed and treated my blood pressure after treatment by my PCM was not effective. He also diagnosed and treated other aspects and I have good health and stable numbers because of his treatment. His staff has been very supportive and engaged as well as being personable and humorous. I am now down to annual visits for testing and medications and believe that he saved me from a heart attack, stroke, and other issues and am very thankful for his care and personal attention to my health.

Dr Hashemi saved my Life
I still remember when I first met Dr. Hashemi last 12/26/2021 at the hospital due to congestive heart failure. I will never forget when he recommended that I would need a heart surgery. I was scared and I cried, but he assured me that he would take care of me as his own brother. After surgery, my ECG last week showed an amazing miracle that my heart is healthy. Dr. Hashemi is the only cardiologist that I would trust for my heart.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hashemi for the past three years and have continuously received great care from him. In my last visit, I had a nuclear stress test as well as an echo cardiogram. After the tests, Dr. Hashemi took time to explain my conditions on an interactive diagram of a heart. He also said that I can reach him anytime should my conditions require his attention. In addition to his personal attention, I have found his office staff to be very responsive and courteous.

I was a real die-hard blue fan of his, until recently. I am dealing with very high blood pressure and his Pre-functionary statement is Okay. He orders for 80 mg of diuretics from 40 mg. My only good organ is my Kidney. I am fed up and looking for someone who can answer why my medications are not working. He does have very charming mannerisms. However chronically late always.

I have been seeing Dr. Hashemi since June 2016. I was having a procedure at Stafford Hospital to see what caused my Pancreatitis and my heart went into Atrial Fibrillation, they stopped the procedure and called Dr. Hashemi over he checked me out had them give me some medication and said they could continue with the procedure. I saw him the next day and have been seeing him for 4 years now. My Atrial Fibrillation is under control and he is continuing to monitor me. I have the utmost respect and admiration for Dr. Hashemi and his Clinic Staff for the care he has given me.

I am so thankful for Dr. Hashemi. He is very detail-oriented. He explained step by step my diagnosis and my options. Dr. Hashemi told me " I am going to do everything I can to make you better." He is true to his word. My numbers have been going up every month! He cares for his patients. I had an issue with my medication that cost over $500 a month. Dr. Hashemi and his incredible Stafford staff did all the leg work and I now pay $10 a month. My experience with Dr. Hashemi and his Stafford staff has been GREAT!! I thank all of them for their hard work!!

Dr. Hashemi first saw me when I was in the hospital for CHF. He came by every day to keep me up-to-date on my test results and to answer my questions. He never seemed rushed or impatient. I continued to see him after I left the hospital and he is one of the most informative doctors I've met. He explains his decisions for meds, testing, life changes, etc with simple, non-jargon answers. He answers all my questions, no matter how simple or complex. He also has the rare ability to say "I don't know, but I'll find out", which is refreshing in any field. His staff is excellent and always a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly, I feel like I'm slowing improving and that's there is finally a light at the end of this tunnel. Highly recommended!

Dr. Hashemi literally saved my life. He methodically and successfully diagnosed me with CTEPH. Once we had a diagnosis we were able to move forward with treatment and ultimately "The Cure!" Yes, I had Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension. He worked with everyone involved to get me to the best specialists, surgeons, insurance, and hospitals to get me through this. While everyone else I dealt with continued treating my symptoms, he helped to find the cure. My condition was rare. He is a life-long learner and is continuing to learn more in his field. He helped get the referral to the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio where the top surgeons reside. Dr. Michael Tong is one of the best in the world. People come to him from other countries to be cured of heart diseases. I'm am elated that Dr. Hashemi took time on a regular basis to ensure that I was take care of. When I had chest pains and had to go to the ER in the early morning, Dr. Hashemi showed up to check on me.

When there's a problem with your heart, or with a family member or friend, Dr. Hashemi is a great cardiologist to have diagnose the problems and plan for the medical care needed. From the day of my mother's first cardiac event and through the subsequent surgeries and hospitalizations, Dr. Hashemi provided ongoing testing and advice to our family and the surgeons and staff at both Fairfax and Stafford hospitals. Our family highly recommends Dr. Hashemi for cardiac care.

Dr. Hashemi was instrumental in diagnosing my dad's faulty valve. My dad had been seen another cardiologist for several years and when symptoms arised they did not diagnose correctly. My dad was admitted to the hospital and Dr Hashemi treated him and diagnosed his condition in a 15 minute visit to the hospital. Within two months he had surgery at INOVA Fairfax to replace his valve and he's doing great. Dr. Hashemi seemed extremely happy that my dad's health has improved and seems like he really cares about the patients he treats. I would highly recommend him as a cardiologist. Since he is the only cardiologist that serves Northern Virginia to Stafford I feel like he brings great expertise to the Stafford area.

I'm a lucky man to have been referred to Dr. Hashemi. I'm alive to be with my family and see my daughter grow because of Dr. Hashemi's diagnostics and quick action. I went to see him to have my heart assessed and he immediately took action, performed 3 office tests and got me admitted to the hospital for a quadruple heart bypass with the best heart surgeon in Northern Virginia. I've been stationed around the world over the past 39 years, but never had a professional doctor who cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything. His office staff and technicians are outstanding, they care for everyone and make you feel comfortable. My 2nd chance at life is only possible because of Dr. Hashemi, THANK YOU!
