Dr. Aixa Toledo-Garcia, MD

Doctor rushed into room. Told me what she was ordering from pharmacy rushed out.

I have never seen a doctor this uncaring. All she does is tell you what she does not treat. Has no answers regarding a diagnosis. Leaves you waiting for at least 30 mins in exam room. The last visit I arrived 30 mins early for a 8:45a appt. I was not seen until 9:20a. I was her first patient. She is very condescending and always insinuates that you are drug seeking. I definitely do not recommend hers.

Waited ten months for a visit. Questioned my condition until blood work and x-rays proved them wrong. Seen the so called doctor the second time. Claims the meds that she prescribed I am allergic to. Refuses a telemed visit. Requests to see me in person again. Can't see me for 4 more months. Doctor had No empathy about my suffering. Refuses to prescribe pain meds. Office manager Courtney basically told me too badge somewhere else. Very poorly ran practice.

Doctor seems rather callous, indifferent to my symptoms. Did not feel like she cared in the least

I have been seeing Dr Toledo-Garcia for many years. She listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Toledo. She was rude and dismissive of my complaints. She rushed me in and seemed uninterested in educating me about any alternatives or procedures. She refused to explain any of the medical jargon. She did not answer most of my questions. She gave me a lab slip for blood work that was not explained. After I left the appointment, I was so disgusted and anxious, that I fell into a deep depression because she was one of my last hopes to deal with the chronic pain that I deal with daily. She never even examined me and the first words out of her mouth were: "She does not prescribe narcotics"; which was insulting to me. I never asked her for any medication, nor did she offer any medication or at home treatments to help with the pains in my hands, hips, back, knees, and lupus flare ups. I will never go back to see her ever again! If it was possible to give Dr. Toledo no stars, I would.

I am a new patient. Today was my second visit with Dr. Toledo-Garcia. I AM VERY IMPRESSED with her knowledge. She is a good listener and explains everything in great detail. Looking forward to a long doctor/patient relationship.

Left after waiting 45 minutes, not the first time, but is the last. Does not follow up with test results and has no consideration for patients who maybe cant sit and wait 45 minutes. No sense making appointment as they are only kept on your end. Would not recommend

she has poor bedside manners , does not like to be questioned and clearly has an attitude, seems annoyed if questions are asked.Very disappointed.We miss Dr Chapman who was very helpful and understanding.

I saw Dr Toledo today for first time, she was simply WONDERFUL! Great bedside manner, listened carefully to me and answered all my questions completely. I needed an injection in my left shoulder and I never felt ANYTHING! I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

The best rheumatologist

Very disappointed in Dr Toledo. Was referred to her for a second opinion by another doctor in her practice because my symptoms and health history are complex. My primary sent me prepared with printed off copies of test results for her to review including records of a recent hospital admission. She didn’t look at them at all, dismisses my symptoms, didn’t listen to my concerns and left me wondering where to turn next. Will NOT be seeing her again.

She is in and out of the examining room like a flash. She does not give a proper exam and she does not monitor disease progression adequately. She writes prescriptions and orders blood work. If you ask a question, she either becomes defensive or patronizing. She has given me misinformation more than once. She seems to do as little as she can get away with and will send you back to your primary to request referrals to other specialists who actually do their jobs.

Serious knee pain for most of my life. Through just a few visits and following her instructions, my pain went from a constant 8/10 to a manageable 2/10. To give background, I have been to several orthopedics and have had numerous different treatments over the years. I was very skeptical because of my past experiences but I have not felt this good in years.

Dr. Toledo used to be a great doctor. Several members of my family are/were patients. But we all agree that something has changed dramatically and it seems very evident that Dr. Toledo is just running a mill with the goal of getting as many patients through the door as possible. She no longer seems to care about patient care or outcomes. Very dissappointing.

I was extremely discouraged from the lack of compassion from Dr Toledo. It’s so hurtful to have a physician dismiss you like you are trash. She made me so nervous to even speak to her. She really has no mannerism

This Dr., having heard the extensive list of Drs. to whom I had previously been sent, said that she could do nothing for me. Then she ordered a blood test. The bill for that was $3,500! They never sent me results, only the bill. I waited over two months to see this woman as I was sick to death of being sent from one man to another with no positive results. She should have sent notes to referring physician rather than ordering an unnecessary test.

Dr Toledo is very professional, explains everything to me in a way that I can understand. I highly recommend her.
