He explains everything to his patients. He spends time with his patients. He is very knowledgeable

dr Achampong is very patient Dr. makes you relax , listens to all your complian, then ask questions, tells you jokes, treats you. Since 1998, he has been my doctor, I have no reason to go else where.. I always recommend my friends to him. Elmont Medical Center.

I waited almost an hour and a half and then the doctor comes in and barely acknowledged my presence. He was only focused on the computer and when I asked a question, he mumbled the answer without even looking at me. Very rude and unprofessional. The only good thing about my experience was the rest of the staff. They are very sweet.

Dr Achampong is a knowledgeable, caring and supportive doctor. He has a very busy practice, so sometimes the waiting time is extended, but once you get into the examination room he spends time with you and make sure he addressees all your complaint. The office is small but clean. Would recommend him.

His wait time is about an hour not 16-30 minutes. I told him about my on going back problems only for him not to say anything or send me to recommended doctors until I demanded it.

The office is in a house and they don't have enough room for the patients to sit down. 15 Patients 8/11/2018 and 7 chairs. The patients have little recourse when the staff has no respect to call you back. I called the dr. twice late at night about the lack of response from his team and he did not call me back either. We asked them to copy her chart and have it ready on wed 8/8/2018 went to pick it up Sat 8/11/2018 it was not ready and they did not give three years of medical records- requested?

Dr. Achampong is a very knowledgeable doctor with a great bedside manner. He cares about his patients.
