Absolutely. His advice is always 100%.
This was a follow up for my osteoporosis injections and blood work. All was extremely professional and explanatory. Dr followed up so that I could reduce vitamin D taken daily.

Dr Mallace was terrific and I felt I was in good hands with his expertise. He had read over my chart before he entered exam room and got right to the issue. His input was realistic and I felt trust with his knowledge. I would feel very confident referring him to others

I have seen Dr Mallace for a few years now. The wait is never long to see him. Everyone in the office is kind. When I started to have pain they called in a new prescription without having me come in the office. Dr. Mallace is a very nice and competent doctor. I will be sad when he retires.

How many more people is it going to take? Why are you practicing Dr. Mallace. For the 1 in 10 that thinks you're a Rock Star? For that ONE person who is blinded by your fake smile and inability to see someone's pain anymore? Are you blinded by your need to make money instead of relieve people's pain? You run people through a battery of tests to make them prove to you they are in pain only to have your rude nurse call them with results so you no longer have to deal with them anymore. Dismissive. Arrogant. Cruel. I have left your practice for a doctor that cares instead of a doctor that could care less. I hope your other patients do the same and Honor Health gets the message.

The only person nice at this clinic was the phone operator. The front office staff and Dr Mallace's MA are rude and short. Dr. Mallace has absolutely no empathy left for his patients, it seems. For someone with such specialized knowledge to be so useless and dismissive is disgusting. I hope if he is every as ill as his patients someone treats him the way he treated my mother.

I told the Dr. Mallace about my condition, that it was progressing rapidly. That I struggle to unbend my joints, that my hand and wrist hurt. They cannot bear weight, bend, twist, I am losing my grip, I cannot uncurl my hand in the morning. I struggle to unbend my knees and elbows in the middle of the night. It causes excruciating pain in my joints. They take blood run tests and after getting the results back late I am informed that because the condition “only affects my skin there is no rheumatological reason” to see him again. It is not my skin. It is my tendons. My ligaments. He did not listen to me, pay attention to my symptoms, or bother to think about anything I had said when I came in. There is nothing wrong with my skin. If he had told me he had no idea how to help me with the condition I told him I had I would not have wasted 2 precious weeks in which things have gotten so much worse.

Does not listen, waste of time – Oct 30, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Mallace?
Dr. Mallace has lost his compassion somewhere along the way. I don't think he understands that his callousness has an impact upon the people he treats. I implore you, Dr. Mallace, to either retire or find the kindness that you lost. The years have made you more detached than you know and it certainly shows. The people you treat are suffering; please remember that. You have forgotten your Hippocratic Oath to "DO NO HARM". Shame on you.

Dr. Alan Mallace acted like he could care less! Wanted to push meds and barely discuss anything even though I had questions. I will update the details later as it was traumatic to be so put off by him/them when I waited months to get in and really needed answers. Awful doctor and place! Waste of months of my time and now have to find a new doctor. Shame on them!

I don’t know how Dr. Mallace can have such good reviews. I waited for 3 months for a new patient appointment with him to have him sit with me for about 5 minutes and play off the life ruining symptoms that I’ve been having like they’re a joke, smiling the entire time. Maybe because I’m young. I was told to take blood tests and I’d be contacted when the results came in - I never was. After calling in I was told to take more blood tests and they’d call me back. They never did. When I called in weeks later they told me that in his professional opinion there was no more they could do for me based off of the results. I eventually got a hold of the actual results of the tests he had me take, and he didn’t even test for any markers of diseases that can have the symptoms I’m experiencing, but instead IBS, Arthritis, and Liver Disease, which I have no symptoms of whatsoever, as well as tests that I already had taken and brought to him on paper. A huge waste of time for my progressing issues.
