Dr Z is effective and focused on outcomes
Dr Z is very direct and works to get the core of your health concerns and find solutions that will truly work. She doesn’t sugar coat or coddle and some patients may find that off-putting, but I prefer a dr that is straightforward and no BS. She and her staff worked efficiently to get my insurance to cover a very expensive medication for my arthritis. Results are what matter, and Dr Z listened and helped me get results. I fully recommend her.

Dismissive, argumentative.
This is the first time I legitimately had the urge to walk out of a doctor's appointment halfway through. Dr Z was incredibly dismissive and haughty from the start. I gave her my symptoms, and she seemed to be arguing against me having them, at one point she outright smirked...SMIRKED when I described my pain. The whole time I felt like I was trying to convince her that I was in pain, that I was the one who was supposed to tell HER what was wrong with me. She never even asked to look at or examine my joints that hurt.In the end, she told me there was nothing she could do to treat my affliction except pain medicine, and that was it. I was sent out the door with a prescription and a return visit scheduled for 3 months away.I doubt I'll keep that appointment.

TERRIBLE
Dr. Z is a terrible doctor. She does not deserve the position she is in. She is arrogant, rude & unhelpful. Please spare yourself and look for another doctor because this one, is just in it for the money.

Terrible
This physician’s office has unrealistic plans for care. The lack of compassion, understanding, and relatability is unfathomable. If you are provided treatment by this office, and need a referral to another physician - they will refuse - putting the patient without care for months at a time. Office staff are condescending, sarcastic, and disrespectful to patients. Would not recommend this office.

Wonderful Dr
I have been seeing Dr Z for over 10 years. She is patient, listens and to the point. Helped with my concerns in taking the meds for my RA and gave me time to decide if that’s the route I wanted to go. Would definitely recommend Dr Z.

Wonderful doctor. I love that she listens to me when it comes to deciding on which meds I do and do not prefer to take and doesn't get offended when I have great concerns over certain meds that she feels would benefit me. Dr. Z spends time with me and makes me feel more than "another patient", she is always looking for something to help me and make my quality of life better and explains everything in great detail. So glad I found Dr. Z, she is on the frontline when it comes to treating RA and her patients.

It takes forever to get an initial appointment, 6 months. I hope she is as good as the reviews say. You can keep calling back to see if any appts have been cancelled. The office staff is very polite.
