Dr. Perez is a great doctor and human being. I have been going to him since he was at Cabrini. Even now my new insurance does not cover him, but I pay the uninsured price so I can keep him as my doctor.

Been a patient of Dr Perez for seven years. Dr Perez and the staff are always friendly, and courteous! I’m seen within a short time of arrival, the visits are quick but thorough; I never feel like I’m a number or cattle being herded through a chute.

I have been extremely satisfied with all of my visits to Dr. A. Perez.
He is soo knowledgeable, kind, gentle, compassionate and extremely caring.
He listens and his patience is far beyond that of most physicians I have seen I’ve the years.
His nurse, Kaitlyn is wonderful.
I only wish others could experience the great care both Dr. Perez and Kaitlyn offer their patients such as myself.

Dr. Perez and his staff are very friendly and professional. I feel they have been providing excellent healthcare to me for several years. My visit, just like the many I have made over the years to see, Dr. Perez, was pleasant as it normally is. I consider Dr. Perez more than being my primary care
pyschian. I consider him a friend. His warm personality, his friendliness, his "bedside" manner, and his concern for my health and well-being is what keeps me coming to see him whenever I have a medical issue. HIs office always, and I mean always "fit" me in for a same day, or next day appointment whenever I telephone them. Dr. Perez listens to my concerns, and explains to me exactly what my medical issue is, what caused it, and what I need to result my medical issue. I have been to several doctors for other specialized medical services, and some of them have come into the room, introduce themselves to me, ask what is wrong, and don't even exam me, and them proceed to just prescribe me some medication. Not Dr. Perez; his is "one of a kind."I would recommend Dr. Perez, and have recommended him to several people.
