Communication is excellent. He listened well, (a rare talent among doctors), and he explained everything well. He has great compassion and took the time to teach me about my condition. He cares about the whole person so he celebrates my successes in addition to guiding me through my treatment. He selects effective treatment strategies and is knowledgeable about cutting edge research relevant to my condition. He has been my doctor for over 15 years and I trust him the most of all my doctors.

I have been calling for the last two days have left countless messages. No one has picked up or called me back. The pharmacist faxed a refill order & no one had responded. Dr Dejesus is awesome but his staff aren’t.

I first called Dr DeJesus's practice in Aug, 2017. Horrible experience from the very beginning. Dr DeJesus is not the issue. It's the way his practice is managed. His staff is uncaring & unfriendly. They take NO responsibility for their mistakes. No apologies at all. The only caring human was Michael Jackson, a Medical Asst. He cares about patients. I am still owed money by this practice, and I've called repeatedly with no results. Do NOT recommend, unless you want nothing but hassles.

Dismissed Patient in San Antonio – Jan 09, 2018
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. De Jesus?
I was a referal patient of Dr. DeJesus in the early 1990s. He was able to provide a diagnosis of a condition I had been experiencing for nearly a decade within minutes, when I had been without a diagnosis from multiple doctors, including military & VA. He reviewed my reported symptoms & said, "I know what's wrong with you." Then he proceeded to push on pressure points with his thumb. He told me me fibromyalgia was my problem. I saw him several times annually until I moved out of state.

I made three appointments to have injections on my knee to relief pain. I go to appointments only to have injections cancelled. This after prior confirmation days before and being assured by staff that treatment/injection would be there. Will not return to this doctor and recommend others avoid lest you get the same experience.
