Excellent, Caring Doctor
When I moved to Florida 16 years ago, I went to Dr. Zopo because he accepted my medical insurance. I have stayed with him because he is excellent, caring, a good listener, thorough & downs as much time with you as you need

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PRACTICE
I am 68 yrs old and I live alone, I was home before the holidays, I must have picked up a strep throat with evolved into what felt like pneumonia, I called their office, one morning and was told NOT to come in with anything raspatory. at this point I had tried over the counter or about a week and was really ill. They told me to take a covid test. I was told the Doctor would call me. I took the test and in my fever , I didn't wait the 15 minutes and read it wrong. In my fever I though I did due to reading the test wrong in my feverish stuper, but didn't have covid. I called in twice and he finally called me late afternoon. 5 minutes and told me it must be covid, I should wait it out. MY THROAT WAS ON FIRE , I told him so after telling him this was more than covid, he filled a prescription for a Zpack. These people in these offices are NOT HEROES, they are wimps. and Oh by the way, NO FOLLOW UP, nothing no call to see how I was doing, nothing. Awful practice overall, Totally impersonal

My husband and I have been going to DR.Zopo since we moved here in 2010. He is easy to talk to, listens to us, is very knowledgeable and professional. I am very critical of doctors and have been to many that were not up to my standards. Dr. Zopo is very special, and we are glad we found him, particularly as we age and have more medical concerns.

This is the worst doctor’s office I have gone to. They are a mill. I have had continuous problems reaching them by phone. On top of that they screwed up my daughter’s medical records. I literally have to go to their office if I want to speak to a person. I have since changed doctors and I’m happy now.

Alex and his staff are excellent. Having recently struggled with an illness he called almost daily for updates on my progress. If you want someone who actually cares about your well being and will not tell you what you want to hear he’s your Dr. wonderful Dr and person.

Excellent Doctor that will spend the necessary amount of time to properly diagnosis you! Does not like to recommend newly released medications as he believes they have not been tested long enough. Will always work sick patients into his schedule. Great personality, warm and caring.

Dr. Zopo and his nurse are the best. I have been suffering from anxiety and I can be a difficult patient. Dr. Zopo is very patient and even though I can come up with some crazy conclusions about my problem, he is always level headed and he knows what is best. I have the confidence in him that he will be able to resolve my issues. The only time I have problems is when I do not follow his directions. In the future I will follow everything he tells me because I get results. Thank you. Dr. Zopo.

Called Dr. Zopo's office at 9:30 on Friday Nov 25th. Waited 20 mins on Hold for an answer - no one came to my assistance, so I hung up. Called again at 11:45. Again put on Hold and kept waiting for 15 mins finally given an opportunity to leave a message. Terrible service for a Doctor's office. P.H.

Called the office this morning for an appointment, they scheduled me for 3:00pm. Fifteen minutes later they called and asked me to come in right away. As I was sitting in the waiting room the girl at the front desk yells out that my appointment wasn't until 3:45 pm. After they figured out that I was suppose to be there, I went in to see the doctor. HEADS UP Dr. Zopo no texting when the patient is explaining what is wrong with them. To the nasty girl at the front desk you would be better at

I am 45 years old and have been a patient of Dr Zopps for 6 years now. I have recommended him to my friends and they have all been happy with him also. I have read that a couple other people have said they thought he was out for money and did not have much time for them. I have NEVER experienced that in all my time with him, he has even waited for me as I have been late several times. Dr. Zoppo listens and he truly cares about his patients. If u need extra time w Dr let them know when scheduling

Dr. Zopo is a very gentle, kind, caring, knowledgable doctor who truly cares about the well being of his patients. He has helped me turn my health status around & through his guidance & motivation has improved my life immensely. He take time to not only listen to my concerns, & answers my questions but he also explains the advice that he renders. I made a switch to him several years ago after being with the same doctor for many years! I am so thankful that I did...he is a blessing! GREAT MD
