I didnt see anybodt I got there at 1.20 and my aaaointment was 1.30 I waited until 2.15 and still wasnt called so I went home I saw at least 4 people that were called and signed in after me and saw a doctor I was tired and told the lady at the desk my appt was at 1.30 and it was 2.15 and she told me my appt was at 2.00 but the email I received from ypu and the phone message I received from you said my appt was at 1.30

I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone!
I accidentally hit my head and my sound processor and abutment on the top of my car while trying to get in to clean the backseat of my car. When I called a left message 2 times with his clinic and his response it wasn’t an emergency and I could see Dr. Bien next appointment which wasn’t until June.I told my audiologist at Hearts for Hearing this situation and she and her audiology assistant work all day to get me into see another ENT Baha surgeon at Hearts for Hearing within a week time. Dr. Woods now has plan to get me a new an abutment under a local anesthesia once we get my health insurance approval..I highly recommend to stay away from Dr. Bein and his office staff.

Cochlear implant
My wife recently underwent a cochlear implant by Dr. Bien. As a physician and spouse I believe the results and care she received were outstanding. I highly recommend him. His staff and the facilities were exceptional as well!

Dr. Bien took Amazing care of me!!! 3 weeks out after CSF leak surgery and my ear is No longer leaking. his bedside manor is awesome and I feel phenomenal!!! I love him and he is a truly gifted man! What more can I say :) I feel Great and he was so go to my family after surgery... Highly recommend..
