Dr. Alexander Gekht, DDS

Horrible bedside manor. I could hear him yelling at other patients from the other room. Stacks patients one on top of the other and doesn't spend the time with you that he should. Only out for money and will do extra unneeded procedures.

He was not helpful or trustworthy when I genuinely needed help with dental care. Kept attempting to convince me to get extra x-rays and a CT scan when the other three oral surgeons I spoke to did not see the point of it. On the other hand, the receptionist was very nice helpful throughout my quick 30 minutes in the office

Alexander Gekht is a terrible doctor. He does not care about people. The only thing he cares about is money. He ordered me to get multiple X-rays and CT scans when it was not needed. He exposed me to a lot of unnecessary radiation so he could bill my insurance for thousands of dollars. He also ordered me take painkillers even after I repeatedly told him I was not in any pain. He prescribed a month supply of Oxycodone, which I ended throwing in the garbage anyway because I do not want that stuff around my kids. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this doctor.

I had seen Dr. Gekht for a molar extraction, bone graft, and implant. He was transparent about the cost and listened to my concerns. Dr. Gekht patiently answered questions and thoroughly explained every step involved. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. He was very gentle throughout the process. I was grateful as the extraction turned out to be rather complicated due to the level of infection in the bone. Although my insurance didn't cover the cost, I would recommend him without hesitation because of his professionalism and compassion. I am truly grateful to have received such expert care.

dr. gekht is very rude an insulting - never visiting him again. went for a consult and he said i look like a monster because of my teeth. tried to force me to get CT scan before extraction when it was not needed (got consults from 2 other dds). he is just trying to make money off patients. CT scan is unnecessary radiation - thyroid can be in danger. do not fall for his tricks!!

My son needed 2wisdom teeth pulled,he did not want to be put to sleep and Dr Gekht did not put him to sleep,which other Doctors would only pull the teeth while he was asleep,I feel for money reasons.My son and I were so pleased with Dr Gekht and his staff,they are great!

Removed my wisdom tooth in 10 mins! Excellent Dr.
