the office staff in this office is the most patient and understanding staff that i have ever come across. to be able to have the patience that they have dealing with a bunch of middle to upper aged females? i give them 10 thumbs up. i am so grateful to have come across this office. the doctor is smart and miss miranda? goes above and beyond !

Getting an appointment with the doctor was pretty easy, communicating with Dr. Lurie was above average, but working with the office staff was terrible. Dr. Lurie surprised me with his calm demeanor. He spoke softly, calmly, listened to me, asked questions, and finally recommended a plan of action. At the follow up appointment when the treatment wasn't going well, he recommended a different one. That's as far as I got. It has been three and a half weeks after he prescribed a new treatment and a week before my next follow up appointment, and I still do not have my medication. His office employee in charge of calling insurance and getting the medication ready has been so unprofessional that I still don't have a treatment. I had to cancel my next appointment and just decided not to see the doctor again...all because of the negligence of the office staff.

I was a nervous wreck before meeting Dr. Lurie because…going to the doctor is scary! But he was comforting, soothing, and completely professional! I’m glad to be his patient!

Telehealth visit. Dr Lurie has always provided the best service. He gives me as much time as necessary to fully answer all my questions. I give him the highest rating In all areas.

I never ended up visiting. I had a televised consultation scheduled and never received a call from the doctor. When I called after 15 min I was told in an insulting tone that they called me 5 times. Clearly my phone didn’t ring and first she said that nobody answered and then that it went straight to voicemail. When I was why they didn’t leave a voicemail she couldn’t answer. Also, I don’t have a voicemail for FaceTime. They just lied and put me on hold.. I hang up. Clearly no interest in new patients.

Dr. Lurie and his staff have a caring and friendly attitude. I feel very confident concerning Dr Alexander Lurie’s ability to care for my multiple problems!

I totally recommend Dr. Lurie to any of my friends or family members. He is a glentleman, a caring doctor that knows how to listen and to remember details about his patients. I fully trust admire his knowledge and professionalism.

I am officially done with Dr. Lurie I will no longer waste my time & money. The staff is horrible when I needed them to refill my medication it was a struggle to finally get my medication, and now they lost my appointment. If I did not call to confirm I would have wasted my valuable time. I am done with the staff as well as with Dr. Laurie.

I went to see Dr Lurie and I was so nervous about my thyroid diagnosis and he made me feel so calm and explained my options and concerns and I feel like he let me a part of my care and I'm so thankful. Love the staff, felt at home and my Doctor! Thank you Dr Lurie!

He was horrible! If you have an endocrine issue do not go to him. He is very unknowledgeable and a huge waste of time and money.

STAY AWAY! This office is a disaster! Stay away! Appointments are lost, paperwork lost, blood test results lost... nobody knows what they're doing there!

The worst office workers ever. Messed up with my appointment, waited for 2 hours to find out they never got my blood results.. def last time at this office
