The people at Northwest Orthopedics made my hip replacement surgery so much easier than I could imagine. Dr Reichard, the anesthesiologist and support staff explained everything from start to finish. I was provided wonderful tools to help me prepare for surgery and after surgery care. Dr Richard's scheduler, Brian is amazing! He scheduled my surgery and after care very efficiently. I had everything I needed (PT, meds, post surgical appt) before the surgery date. The people that helped in pre-op all the way through to post up we're amazing friendly and so professional Dr Reichard explained everything and did a great job. So much better to do it here as oposed to the hospital. I highly recommend this facility and physician.

Dr. Reichard and his team did such a wonderful job. From the initial call with instructions to my prep class to having the medications read prior to surgery, to my patient portal and helping with my Care Credit payment, all went so smoothly. I ended with a great experience helping me onto a path back to my prior active life I had before my hip broke down last fall. Very grateful!

All of the intake, nurses and doctors were top shelf! Dr. Reichard for the second time (he replaced my right hip back in 2018 I believe) did an amazing job and after a day, I'm so happy to have it done! No pain in the joint as it's gone. Now, the usual soft tissue discomfort as expected. I was up and out of the surgery center about 30 minutes after I woke up, and that was amazing! Thank you Thank you! Charlie

Dr. Reichard plus all of the NWOS staff were outstanding during all of my appointments plus my TKR on my left knee.During pre-op, Jill and Leah were professional & very kind preparing me for surgery. The nurse anesthetist explained exactly what & how she would be doing during surgery. And Dr. Reichard stopped by to make sure all was ready. The post-op nurses were all very supportive, encouraging & kind during my recovery phase. They made sure I was progressing well and helpful as I prepared to go home. A nurse called me the next morning to make sure I was feeling okay and told me to call if any concern or problems occurred. I really appreciate everything about NWOS and especially Dr. Reichard and all of the staff who helped me every step during my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Reichard and all of the staff who work at NWOS.

On our first visit, Dr Richart was able to determine that one leg was longer than the other. He added 1/4 inch to my operated leg. Post surgery, I could stand up evenly. Magic! I had a total rt hip 15 years ago. All I wanted to do that first week was sleep. I think that Richart’ speed in operating (1 hr). Compared to the usual 2- hour procedure, is responsible for my lack of wooziness this time around. Thank you, Dr Richart.

He let's you know he cares about helping people and you as an individual. Readily answers all questions and concerns. Is easily understood and efficient in his manner. I am very glad to be under his care. I am very confident in his abilities

For my right knee replacement. The first one-left-he did six years ago when we lived in Spokane and was so good we drove across the state to have the second one done, and was not disappointed. Great, friendly, helpful staff-a really well oiled machine unusual in the current state of our medical systems. I'm picky-i'm a retired physician.

Dr Reichard explained the knee replacement procedure from start to finish & spent as much time as we needed to ask all of our questions. He even brought in the device so we could see it & touch it.

Dr. Reichard is a wonderful physician. Along with doing a total knee replacement, made an adjustment to another knee replacement. He genuinely cares about his patients and the total health.

If you need a hip replacement…Dr Kirk Reinhard is the guy. He has replaced both hips and I am so impressed with everyone at the NWOS surgery center. NWOS provides educational material and a video with everything one can expect. NWOS. Their commitment to the patient before, during and after a surgery, is why all my experiences with NORTHWEST ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALISTS have had positive outcome.
