Best Derm I've ever seen
I went in January 13th and expressed my concern about a bump in my nose that has grown so large(he said 3 times how suspicious it was) and I told him i wanted it all shaved off, he did exactly as I requested! He sent for a biopsy and instead of me being charged more since I was self pay he used a lab that took my insurance so they could cover it. I knew it had to have been cancer, sure enough it was and I braced myself before I seen him so I stayed positive! Now I get to see him for the mohs procedure(many people I know have used him and have talked highly of him) I can't wait to Have my cancer removed and be normal looking again!

When I arranged the appointment with these people, I was told that for $125 they would remove all of the skin tags I had that I wanted removed. I told them I had 6 or 8 to be removed and they assured me: "no-problem!" They made me wait for an hour to see doctor Brandi Smith, then said they had "only scheduled me for a consultation appointment" and would not waste the time to remove my skin tags. They had the nerve to demand their payment in advance and acted offensive about everything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zemtsov for years and have had a variety of procedures. He and his staff are professional, caring, and respectful. He is very knowledgable. Prices for procedures not covered by insurance are reasonable. After going to Dr. Zemtsov, I would not use another dermatologist. The quality of care I receive from Dr. Zemtsov far exceeds expectations.

Dr. Zemtsov is knowledgeable, but he is not concerned with the cost of his patients' medical care. He works in several offices and is only in the office one day a month in Richmond. There was a problem with my care that cost me a lot of money. He blamed "Obamacare", Reid Hospital, and the office staff. He seemed sorry and said he would try to help, but when it came down to it, the only help he offered was to give me more time to pay. I didn't need more time. I just don't like being ripped off.

Beware! Dr. Zemtsov is probably a good doctor but, he is all about putting money in his pocket. I went in for a spot on my arm, which was fine, but he saw a mole that he thought needed to be biopsied. At the end of the day, after insurance, it cost me $994.41 out of my pocket for a mole!!! He milked it for all it was worth to get more money. He made me come to 2 different appointments and basically charged me double by doing a biopsy and then removal (the biopsy was inclusive).
