Dr. Ward did an excellent job of removing basal cell carcinoma from my cheek area close to my nose. She took care and time in placing stitches so as to leave the least amount of scarring! The staff was very friendly and thorough and I was very informed about post operative care.

Dr. Ward is busy but she takes the time to answer questions and ensure that the procedures are thorough. Office staff was great, making sure we had everything we needed. Even called my ride when my phone died. Dr. Ward followed up with a call in the evening to ensure I was doing well. Mohs surgery takes time so be prepared. (And take a sweater!)

Highly recommend
Dr. Ward is the best! She definitely goes the extra mile to provide great care. She is the only person I would trust to remove skin cancer from my face. Highly recommend!!

Rachel Ward is a joke and is also incredibly arrogant. I spent more time with her medical assistant than I did with her. My previous dermatologist left and I needed another skin treatment for the overactive sebaceous gland on my forehead so I made an appointment with her. In the literally 5 minutes that she rushed through said that dermatologists don’t provide those particular skin services. I explained what my previous dermatologist at the same Cleveland Clinic did and she said ‘well I don’t do that’ and that was about it. I’m not sure what she does do as this is a standard dermatology treatment but she wasted my time, my copay, and made a lot of money off of me in 5 minutes of doing absolutely nothing. I will never recommend her.
