Dr. Alexis Albin, MD

Does not know how to speak to parents of a child. Absolutely condescending and only pointed out the flaws. I would say she's best practicing in something else other than pediatrics.

Dr. Albin is extremely thorough and compassionate. She listens and will continue working with you until all your concerns are addressed. If you are looking for a new physician or considering changing, I highly recommend her.

I was requested to be half an hour early to my appointment due to being a new patient. The reason for the extra half hour is so I can review a single page with my contact information. That's all. I needed to look at one page with my information. I signed it, then I waited for my appointment time. My appointment time arrived and I waited and waited and waited. No explanation was given to the delay. Nothing. So I sat and waited waisting more time. After half an hour past my actual appointment time, I informed the staff that I was leaving. I didn't need to be taken to another room where I would have to wait some more for the doctor to grace me with her presence. Thank you for the waste of time and gasoline.
