Great Doctor And Staff, My First Appointment I saw The Nurse ,Nurse Practitioner And Doctor. I Brought All My Records With Me ,The NP Spent A Long Time Going Over Everything, They Set Me Up For A Endoscopy AND Colonoscopy On September 25TH. All Went As Planned , The Hospital Staff Was Wonderful. I Called For A Follow Up to Get The Results. I Was Told October The 25TH. I Think Waiting A Month For Test Results Is Unacceptable. Otherwise Great Doctor And Staff Thanks

Dr. Pakravan is skilled and professional. He is also a good listener and took time to discuss my health concerns. When admitted to Palms West he checked in to see how I was doing. When I had a bad flare up Dr. Pakravan would get me in asap. The office staff was just okay. When I tried to a get a prior authorization for a medication they completely dropped the ball. I had to speak directly to the doctor to get things done. Communication needs to improve. Wait times were very long. The office could do better with scheduling but honestly Dr. Pakravan is a stand up doctor who wants to make sure everyone who needs to see him can, so I don't begrudge him. I know I appreciated that curtesy when I needed it. Just come prepared to wait and know that he is worth it! 5/5 for the Doctor. 1/5 for the staff.

While there was a wait to be seen of more than 30 minutes, everyone in the office is very pleasant, friendly and professional. Dr. Pakravan was knowledgeable, informative and seemed caring. He explained my condition, my options and was aware of my overall health situation. I feel secure that I am in capable hands with him.

It went well. Only a short waiting time to see the doctor. Dr. Pakravan is clearly interested in his patients well being. He takes time and explains everything and answers all questions. Also, his office staff is excellent. They actually answer the phone when I call, not a machine. They are friendly and efficient.

Dr. Pakravan took excellent care of my Mom during her hospital (almost 3 weeks) stay and in her follow up visit. My Mom had GI Bleeding and he worked relentless to find the source. He went above and beyond to help her and got her transported to another hospital to get a test that was not done at Palm West Hospital. I'm grateful for the relentless care he provided. Thank you!

Dr. Pakravan has been my Doctor for 3 years I was referred by palms west and I'm glad they did. Dr. Pakravan really cares he listens to my concerns, explains what's going and what steps we are taking as a team, his staff is is great and I love his Doctor Assistant. I was in the hospital recently and not only did Dr. Pakravan come and see me but his Assistant did as well they both were very concerned with is very refreshing.

Dr. Pakravan is a professional and caring gastroenterologist. Appointments are on time which is a very nice feature when you are not feeling well.

I had a colonoscopy in January 2018 and my wife used him for both a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures. We were impressed with his knowledge and patience. His office staff was polite and understanding of my wife's concerns.

You can not ask for a better doctor and a better man.

I trust this doctor completely. I was in the hospital being prepped for gallbladder surgery when he looked through my records and said my gallbladder is healthy. I then saw him in his office and he ran a bunch of tests and got a definite diagnosis. He is very friendly and breaks done information so you can understand the issues.

The ladies there are just nice, always smiling and happy!
