Friendly and Listens
I really enjoy seeing Dr. Hernandez, she has been extremely sweet and understanding of my situation. She doesn't make me feel judges and listens to my concerns and responds appropriately. I have no complaints about the staff or the doctor, it's been a great experience so far and I really trust her.

Best care I’ve ever gotten
I’ve had some good Gyns over the years, but I’ve never felt really heard or cared for until I starting seeing Dr. Hernandez. She takes the time to listen and explain things.

Wonderful bedside manner, attentive and doesn't rush your appointment. She actually listened to my concerns and addressed every single one without being dismissive or acting like I was an inconvenience while I was in her exam room. Her staff is a little more responsive through if through messaging in Athena, it takes a little while longer for them to respond via phone call and sometimes they are difficult to get through to however they are incredibly responsive through the patient portal.

Love Dr. Hernandez! Was forced to find a new OBGYN when mine retired. I've seen Dr. Hernandez twice now and love her bedside manner and the time she takes to talk to me. She's already learned things about my family and I've learned things about hers. She is very personable and puts you at ease.

Dr. Hernandez is not my usual doctor but she might be after this visit. She was quickly brought up to speed on my case and listened attentively. She also understood my sense of humor, understood my real concerns, and displayed empathy . Together we made a decision together on my next course of treatment. My only suggestion is really for the office to have business cards with the Brooklyn office # available when the admin is out to lunch. I am still having trouble scheduling a follow up.
