Very satisfied
She was very caring and explained in terms that were easy to understand what was going on with my heart. She recommended a follow up appointment in 6 months unless I had any symptoms return and then to call and or come to the hospital. I felt very comfortable and well cared for !

Lack of Concern
I went into this visit expecting a lot of information from the results of a 30 day holter heart monitor test I had done. She was very brief in explaining the findings and did not even pull up the actual data until I questioned her about my symptoms of waking in the night breathless. She proceeded to tell me the very invalidating statement that “Palpitations are normal and some people are more SENSITIVE to it than others.” She basically told me that if I haven’t fainted, then I’m perfectly healthy and good! Come on now- put yourself in my shoes for just a minute and think of how I feel!! Now I’m questioning my sanity and I feel stupid for investigating a very real health problem for me.
