From the moment I arrive at the Baystate Mason Square Clinic, I feel as though I were the only patient they have to work with; staff is so focused on me, the patient, I never feel as though I'm just a number to hurry and check off the list. I always feel that the personnel working with me are trying their best to make me feel comfortable with my visit to the doctor's office. The administrative team, nurses, assistants and doctors are personable and efficient - and extremely patient with my questions about my health care.

Dr. Amanda Westlake is both my wife and my personal physician. We agree she may be the best GP we've ever had as adults and we are in our 60s and 70s. Dr. Westlake is a rare physician who takes the time to actually know her patients and is willing to listen to us, explain reasons for treatment, and follow up with phone calls and emails through the Baystate portal system (which is outstanding, by the way). We feel we receive the best medical care possible.Additionally, on the occasion that we've needed to see the doctor during busy seasons and Dr. Westlake was not available, other physicians, such as Dr. Marie Meckle were proficient and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the care we receive from the Baystate Mason Square practice.

Worst Ever
She had no idea what was wrong- she gave me several different reasons why I was feeling sick. She even went as far as to say I was making it up. Like I could "will" myself into having a fever. She doesn't listen

One of the best doctors I have ever had. I feel fortunate to be in her care. She is very personable, extremely knowledgeable. Appointments are never rushed, and all of my questions have been answered by the time I walk out the door. She personally calls me to review results of any tests I have had, and explains in great detail all of her recommendations. I trust her judgement completely.
