Caring Doctor
She is a trustworthy doctor who cares about your kid like her own. I was concerned we would end up with a doctor who over-analyzes things, or who are too technical and evaluates our baby with only book standards. But Dr. Ismaiel is great!She gives her phone number and answers text messages promptly, another great quality. One day I texted at 3am and she responded at 6am. Their office has terrible wait time though. Not sure if it’s because we were late. But almost every time we waited a long time. Up to two hours. And they don’t have an online patient portal, making things difficult to do — like change appointments, access vaccination records, etc.
