Dr. Shah is cursory, non-responsive if you have a problem, doesn't consult any portal or communication service, and dismissive when you try to share a reaction or have a question. Very surface, superficial treatment. Spends very little time in office. If you don't have a problem, could be fine - but you get no sense that she is thorough, pays attention to detail and when there is a question or problem - she cannot be found, she has no advice than to go to the ER. Very disappointing.

At first, her demeanor was inviting, warm, and welcoming. She asked questions; I answered them and her demeanor changed. She asked me to lay back and without any walk-through, without taking her time...she did my pap in a way that left me feeling like I didn't deserve care...like I was being rushed out. I will never go back to see this woman. I can't believe how many great reviews she got on so many sites and I am so unhappy that I didn't have a positive experience like other patients.
