Rudest staff on planet
Don't know about the doctor, he cancelled the appointment that i had waited over a month for and on the day before my appointment. Staff gave reason being a "family emergency", although there are other doctors in his practice that could have taken appointments. Pushed my appointment out three weeks, when i informed staff that I was running out medication, they said too bad. wouldn't even give me a weeks worth of medication i need to live. Now am scrambling to find someone to help me. STAY AWAY from Dr. Harari unless you wish to die.

My time with Dr. Harari was fine and the time spent with his medical assistants was good, also. The problem is with the clerical staff, No return phone calls, no answering of emails, and absolutely horrible telephone announcement of this office. Someone speaking into a lousy/horrible speakerphone, had to call 3x to figure out what was being said. Need a "do-over" there. Is there a competent office manager there?

After completely unexpected tests for neuropathy by another specialist doctor, I was told I had a large nodule on my thyroid. My own internet search indicated that Dr. Harari would be my best choice. This physician has decades of experi- ence with thyroid issues. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harari to people who may need treatment in this specialty field. Disregard the various negative reviews offered up by past patients : I experienced nothing but the very best of care and professionalism with friendly front desk staff and medical assistants during 2 appointments, both in Chandler and Scottsdale.

I switched to Dr. Harari after 5 years with another endocrinologist who was more interested in placing me on RX than lifestyle changes. After being seen by Dr. Harari I feel I have found a provider who is more in line with my wishes and who totally explains the pros and cons so that I can make informed choices. My health status is now more stable and I have proven that lifestyle changes works. So pleased I made the change.

Dr. Harari is an excellent specialist and very deep and current with his knowledge base. Moving here from Los Angeles I had concerns that I would not find anyone as good as my specialists from Cedars but I have. He is also kind and listens very carefully to what you have to say. He is very present with you! I had been to four other doctors before the last one referred me to him. There was a miscommunication about my thyroid prescriptions between the other doctors causing my thyroid to drop to a dangerous level and he showed me the history of how it happened so I could understand what had happened. Partly my fault too. Then he immediately corrected it with a good follow up. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Harari and his staff were extremely competent, communicative and caring in my last two appointments. Diagnoses and procedures and clearly and completely explained, and every interaction was cordial and thorough. If the office has a weak spot it's appointment scheduling. I found this ratings site while looking for some way to set an online appointment in the literal 29 minutes I've been on hold so far. I'm going to wait just out of curiosity at this point.

I have fantastic insurance it covers 90%. They want me to pay $250.00 in advance. This is ridiculous and greedy. This shows a lack of compassion. Dr. Harari you should be ashamed of your organization.

Dr. Harari is awesome! He takes his time with me and always explaines everything in detail. I never had an issue with him or his staff returning my calls. He always follows through on what he says he is going to do. He is very approachable, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will only see him and no one else, no matter the wait. He is worth the wait and cost. You rock Dr. Harari and so does your supporting staff!

Can I give them 0 stars? They are terrible!! They demanded that I pay $250 in a deposit to see the doctor even though I had a PPO insurance plan with Aetna who they are contracted with (triple checked). My co-pay was $70 not $250 and they said they would refund me the difference if the insurance company paid them what they billed. This is a total violation of their contract with Aetna BTW. So here I am 8 months later and literally calling their billing office and their main office on a weekly ba

Only saw Dr. Harari for a few minutes on the first visit. He made some assumptions without looking at test results which I do not mind because he struck me as very knowledgeable. I did not get to see him again and was passed off to a variety of PAs or NPs that were apathetic and lacked follow up. The office is horrible at answering and returning phone calls so that is why I gave it a low score.

Recent new patient, just a bad experience for me all around. You are just another on this assembly line of patients. Constant voicemail & they're not good about replying back. Did not even remember what dose they put me on due to lack of not reading the file or probably not noted. No follow-up w/the patient, was just very disappointing. Referred here & was told "you will like it", not so. Sorry but I have never submitted a survey but felt the truth should be told. Advice, pay more attention

I truly would not go to this office. I went in for a new diagnosis of Hashimoto's. He didn't explain this diagnosis to me but instead kept diverting to talk about diabetes and the possibility I could become diabetic later in life. (I have perfect glucose levels and A1C levels) I asked if he was talking about this because it relates to Hashimoto's and he said no. He, in the short time he even talked, said just wait until your thyroid dies then we'll do something without explaining why. Horrible

You'd think that being a doctor, you have compassion, understanding & empathy, nope. Not this one. I'm about to lose my job due to absences relating to medical conditions & this fool puts on my FMLA paperwork to allow 20min bathroom breaks. Ever been vomiting & having diarrhea at the same time in a public restroom while having a migraine? Run far away. Save your tears & frustration. And don't anticipate a call back either. Office is DIRTY too. Stains everywhere. 500 characters isn't enough.
