Dr. Amit Dhingra, MD

Our appointment was rescheduled due to the office hours changing. We were still able to be seen the day of the original appointment. Dr Dhingra and his staff were warm and welcoming and the appointment was completed quickly and efficiently.

My daughter saw this person at Banner Thunderbird. Upon seeing this arrogant person at Banner Thunderbird, he spoke to her rudely, had no compassion and told her essentially everyone else doesn't know how to read a scan. He was very annoyed she was wheezing and clearly fighting to take normal breaths without pain, explaining that it feels like a heaviness on her chest which describes pneumonia if not some other pulmonary issue. He listened to her lungs and decided she doesn't have pneumonia and barked at her that all of her symptoms are from smoking. How ridiculous for a doctor to speak to a patient so dismissively, refuse to listen and recommend discharge after a 2-minute exam! Even the nurses were taken aback by the way he spoke to my daughter and didn't feel comfortable discharging her. If you see this person coming, ask to see someone else because you won't receive adequate care from this guy. He will dismiss your feelings and speak to you as if you're a piece of gum under his shoe

The visit was fast and the doctor shows his care for his patients and answers all your questions with patience.

Very happy with Dr.Dingra . He explained every thing I didn't know. He didn't rush me out.

Dr. listens and explains well. 1st inhaler prescribed supposed to be around $50., was over $600. Many phone calls to try to straighten out. 2nd visit inhaler supposed to be around $50., and cheapest was $162. Office tells me to call insurance, insurance tells me Dr.'s office has all the info and I am in the middle. Asked for alternative inhaler - there isn't any. Told office I wasn't going to purchase as 1st inhaler didn't work and this is an expensive 'trial and error.' Dr. is fine, office staff, not very helpful.

Efficient

I have been a patient in Dr Dhingra’s office for many years. He truly cares about his patients. He’s an excellent doctor and I would suggest him to anyone.

What impressed me the most was the efficiency of the staff and the professionalism and caring attention of Dr. Dhingra.

Dr. Dhingra is soft spoken, direct with a complete explanation of your diagnosis.

What stood out to me was how gentle and kind this doctor is. So knowledgeable and knew what I needed to start improving my symptoms. Also what additional testing I needed while being mindful if additional cost I might incur.

Dr Dhingra was the most insensitive Dr I have ever met. He bluntly advised my dad was going to die and there was nothing he could do. Soon after his appointment I attempted to contact the doctor about an order. After 7 calls to his office and assistant, I still have yet to get a response. No callback from his office. Not even a courtesy call to say he would not do anything. The most unprofessional person I have ever met.

Rushed visit, 'heard it all' attitude, when I told him I lost 15lbs he followed it up with 'well you need to lose 50!' completely deflating my feelings of self worth.

All questions were answered.

Dr Dhingra was very through when explaining what I needed to improve my health

Very helpful staff doctor was excellent in explaining things to me and the whole staff was very pleasant. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

All of the staff was on it!!. I really appreciated that they acknowledged all my online entries!! Add in a very kind and informative doctor and you have a WINNING team.

Doctor Dhingra was very polite and helpful he answered every question I had I also liked that the office is close to my home , I would highly recommend doctor Dhingra and everyone involved to my family and friends thanks again .

Televisit is great. It was right on time. He lisitened to my issues, answered my questions and told me results of my tests.
