The receptionist is not the nicest. She pretty much does the bare minimum. I asked her for something the doctor had requested of me and she wouldn't do it, saying we don't schedule those type of patients. Very short and not at all helpful.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. The office is very neat and clean with a calming atmosphere. The nurse and Dr. Ganesan were very patient and thorough in making sure I understood everything relating to my situation. They even helped me with questions I had about my insurance and the best way to handle that. The ladies at the front desk were just as helpful and sweet! I highly recommend Dr. Ganesan as he is exceptional in his field on Vitiligo!

UCIMC reception and nursing staff are normally the best when I compare them to other organizations. And Dr Ganesan is The Best Dr. I know! He a terrific person and an excellent Doctor.

Everything was great except the massive construction that caused me to drive around for 1/2 hr. before finding the correct building. But that is not your fault, it was just frustrating for me.
