Terrible experience. Walked out.
When you sit in a waiting room and you hear other people complaining to the front desk that's probably not a good sign. That's what happened during my visit and when a patient was voicing her concerns to the front desk lady the response was literally'that's interesting'. Really? I waited almost over an hour to get into my appointment. Then after I met with the doctor I was literally abandoned in the exam room and completely ignored. This is what happens when you schedule too many patients and cannot accommodate them all. I literally walked out of the exam room and went home. I've never experienced anything like this before. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

Nurse and staff are irresponsible
Nurse taking and filling test does not pay attention to details and mixes up tests with other patients.. not once, but 5 times his office staff failed to follow correct procedures or follow-ups on 2 visits in last 2 weeks delaying my critical CTScan by a week already and still no idea when they will fix their mistake. You can never get hold of anyone but only leave a voicemail and expect to have call returned at their mercy... Look for another practice. Doctor Ferrara is good but his work and reputation is damaged by the office staff and the irresponsible nurse. Will not recommend this practice to anyone because of his staff handling of his patients.

I had issues on our trip to FL for six weeks. I was fortunate enough to find Dr Ferrari and his staff. They were amazing and helped me get back on road to better health. Dr Ferrari is wonderful and knowledgeable. And his staff goes above and beyond to assist you and make you feel reassured.

dr ferrara did his job. but my was over billed $1000 because they changed me to high risk. Then lied to me about why the changed the bill. refused to return my calls. would not tell me why i was listed as high risk. I have no medical problems other than slightly high blood pressure. i was assured before the procedure that there would be no additional charges.

Had a hemoroidectomy and same left me with a large fissure. Had lots of pain and could barely walk without having a burning sensation. After two visits to his office all I heard was give it time. Year and a half later still no healing. Went to another surgeon was given Botox injection twice and problem resolved. Will never go back there.
