Walked in the room and never introduced herself! No small talk. Unfriendly. No smile. This was to be an annual check up. I had to tell her about the spots rather than her check the entire body first. Told me they were cosmetic and that would be $150 for up to four spots if she used her little Nitrogen. Never bothered to say what the spots were not was there to be any concern. I would never go back to forefront dermatology because of her.

Today I saw Dr Garrett to remove an annoying mole that was in an uncomfortable location. She was able to freeze the mole and I was in and out quickly.

They worked me in
I had an issue come up and wanted to get in ASAP. They were able to see me right away. Dr Garrett was patient, understanding and explained all my options and procedures. Great bedside manner. Quick, painless procedure! Would definitely recommend Dr Garrett and her staff.

I would usually give doctor Garrett more stars, but today my appointment was at 2:20 and I didn’t get called back until 2:50. I might not be coming back to forefront dermatology ever again!

Warm, professional and my favorite Dermatologist
I was able to get in to see Dr. Garrett a day after reporting that I had a suspicious mole. She quickly identified the mole as non-concerning, but then did a quick scan and froze a couple other areas. She then asked if I had any other issues, and I mentioned that I had a cyst-like growth on my knee, and she looked at it and immediately said that it was a skin cancer. She took a biopsy and said that she would get the results to me in 10 days. If she hadn't asked the question, I would have let the growth continue to progress until my next scheduled visit in three months, with potentially a less favorable prognosis. She has previously identified a melanoma in situ, that was quickly treated. Needless to say, Dr. Garrett is the only dermatologist I'll go to.

Initial Visit Very Good
Dr Garrett presents extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. My exam was not rushed and she took time to explain my situation and discuss her recommendations, which I very much appreciated. I would be happy to recommend her to family and friends. I hope to continue working with her.

GREAT DERMATOLOGIST!!!!!
Dr. Garrett is fantastic. Been going to Dr.. Garrett for about 4 years and have always been very pleased with each visit. She always takes the time necessary to listen to why I am there, and to answer all my questions. She completely explains her treatment plan as well. Have recommended her to friends several times and have gotten very positive reviews about her from them. Her entire staff is fantastic as well. They are friendly and polite as well.

Excellent care
Dr. Garrett diagnosed an ongoing condition I was experiencing. She explored a couple of options and recommended a treatment regimen. A few days after the visit I am seeing marked improvement. I am pleased with the direction the situation is headed.

A PA is NOT a dermatologist
The PA spent 5 minutes with me and burned two tiny spots on the top of my head. 1 day later my card was charged $125x2. Uh, how about using my insurance??

Not the friendliest
Felt like a factory...she was in & out in a few minutes. Did a freeze on 6 spots. 3 days later I can see that she missed 2 of the spots & froze an area about half an inch away. Not one word of prevention or small talk. Will not be going back or recommending. These nationwide chain offices of derm and dentistry popping up all over feel like they are more about numbers than patients
