Dr. Francis has been my mom's doctor for well over a year and he has been great at explaining what is going on. And most importantly, giving her shots in the eye, which can be very scary. His bedside manner is incredible and he always makes sure she is not uncomfortable in any way, which is the most important thing. It means the world to me that she is getting such excellent care. My mom has been getting these shots for a year and willingly goes back every time. Sometimes after he gives the shot, she will say "Oh, you did it already?" We have been so grateful to have him as our doctor.

Dr Francis performed retinal detachment surgery on my eye. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and his diagnostic equipment is new and up to date. He explained things for me in a easy to understand manner and was very receptive with my questions. I was apprehensive about the surgery on my eye and he made me feel at ease. I have never had a procedure on my eye before and he made me feel very comfortable. You take your vision for granted and I would definitely refer to Dr Francis to anyone I know because he is easy to work with and put my fears at ease.
