Not Happy!
Have been a patient for 3-4 years. Never had a problem getting an appointment. I live in NE Baltimore City. The moment I heard this practice was becoming apart of Hopkins, I knew things were going to drastically change. First, I was not able to find the phone number to reach the practice directly. Second, Diane retires, that could be coincidence. Third, I tried to make an appointment in June. After declining an option to travel to Bethesda or Rockville for an appointment, I was offered an appointment in September. RIDICULOUS! I had to find a new ENT.. Best Wishes Dr. Goldstone with your partnership with Hopkins..

No Follow Up
Bought $6,000 hearing aids that have a glitch and they can’t see me for over a month. Which also eats a month out of the warranty! Happy to take my money but absolutely no customer service. Would not recommend. If you just need hearing aids go to an audiologist in a stand alone practice. Goldstone has grown his practice exponentially and you will get lost in the shuffle.

I'm a local birth and postpartum professional. I do not recommend Dr. Goldstone for TOT release. Having treated many of his patients post revision I can attest to his poor release technique, poor outcomes, and poor follow up care. Many of my clients end up getting a second revision with another provider. I've also supported many clients in dealing with trauma after an appointment with him given his abrasive, leaning towards abusive behavior - he doesn't like to be challenged and will yell at you if you question his diagnosis. This is professionally unethical and does not allow true informed consent for any procedure.

I recently discovered doctors who practice Functional Medicine and Integrative Medicine. They are a small percentage of doctors and they practice medicine like a scientist. They don't treat you until they find the root-cause of your problem, whereas "regular" doctors treat symptoms with pharmaceuticals. For a regular doctors, Dr. Goldstone is excellent. He ran some relatively inexpensive and simple tests to diagnose my problem. And rather than rushing to treat me with a surgery, he waited to see how the problem progressed. And it went away in just a few months. So that was a very good call. On the down-side, he still thinks like most "regular" doctors. He wanted me to get an MRI "with contrast". What that means is they inject a liquid metal into your veins and then they do the MRI. This way they get a much better picture - like an HDTV. The problem is, they are injecting this metal into your body. My guess is that we will eventually discover that is a very bad idea.

Truly outstanding medical care. Every member of his staff was kind and personable. The practice is extremely efficient. I was seen before my scheduled appointment time. I saw Diane his NP who quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it in simple terms. Met with Dr. Goldstone briefly. Did not feel rushed. Would not hesitate to recommend this caring, efficient, and knowledgeable practice to anyone in need of an ENT.

We went to Dr. Goldstone (ENT) this morning to have our 3-week old daughter's tongue tie re-evaluated due to feeding concerns/issues. He was beyond WONDERFUL! He took the time to educate & inform us (as this is new and unfamiliar territory for us). Almost immediately following the procedure my daughter was able to breastfeed more successfully than she had been. She seems satisfied overall and we couldn't be happier. Dr. Goldstone gets our highest recommendation!

I found Dr Goldstone to be a very competent, caring, upbeat, down to earth person. Never rushed through an appt, listened, thoroughly explained test results and treatment options. Referred to him by my PC dr for my thyroid. Even though he no longer performs thyroid surgery, he took a biopsy. He also noticed a growth in my mouth, an oral surgeon wouldn't accept my ins for, and removed it for me. I am grateful. Referred me to an excellent thyroid surgeon. Staff was just as nice as him.

I was referred to Dr Goldstone through a fellow coworker who had told me of the great work he has done with they're son, so I decided to pursue Dr Goldstone. I'm very thankful that I did. I've never met a Dr that has been so accommodating with answering questions and directing me with the best options for care. As with any surgery, a lot of anxiety comes into play when searching for the right doctor. Thankfully, that search ends here. Professional, Caring, Informative, Knowledgeable. Thank you

Dr. Goldstone treated my 5 day old for upper lip tie & tongue tie. He was very kind and explained everything well, without rush. The actual procedure (using a laser) was extremely quick; I had my son back to nurse immediately. Easy recovery & no reattachment of tissue. Later, Dr. Goldstone also placed tubes in my son's ears & removed adenoids due to recurrent infections. Again, Dr. Goldstone was very attentive, warm, and invested in the care of my child. His office staff are so awesome too!!!

Dr Goldstone and his staff are unbelievable! Talking with Dr Goldstone and/or his staff gives you the feeling of speaking with a friend. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Dr Goldstone does not treat his patients like numbers, he truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to assure they are taken care of. He is phenomenal with children and is a physician you can trust. I will never go to another ENT as long as Dr Goldstone is still practicing.
