Top notch doctor and staff
Dr. Mack knows his "stuff" and it appears he takes his work seriously and expects the same from his staff. He is kind, and has a nice bedside manner and takes the time to answer your questions. I was impressed at how many of the xray staff and others commented on how "good he is" . I have had both knees done by him and if I grow a third knee.....well back to him I go!!

I have never in my life dealt with a doctor who is this good and has this type of bedside manner. The first day I had an appointment with him unfortunately I needed to go to the hospital the same evening. He personally called me from his phone and came to the hospital and immediately got me in a room .This guy is a top notch person

Mack is the absolute best surgeon you could hope for. He replaced my hip and I'll need the other done eventually. If we aren't stationed here by then, I'll fly back. I've never felt rushed out of his office or like he didn't have the time to explain anything in detail. He's always concerned about me, both as his clinical patient and as a person. But what makes Mack exceptional is that he explores every option available and makes a recommendation, even if that means he won't be operating. 10/10
