Great doctor
Dr. Moskovitz has been my primary care physician for about 3 years now and I been extremely comfortable with his abilities and his pleasant demeanor. He has been very helpful to me with several issues I have experienced and I haven't felt uncomfortable that he wasn't taking enough time to answer any questions I had about my examinations or diagnosis. Where I was before I came to this practice every time I saw a PCP (and I had a few over the years I was a patient, it always felt rushed and they didn't seem to care about me as much. I felt like I was just another person in line and they wanted to get it over to make it to the next one. I was uncomfortable asking questions because of the rushed atmosphere. That is not the case right now and I am glad I was able to find him and this practice.

My visit was a visit for follow up care for my chronic venous insufficiency in my legs and feet. I also needed a new prescription written for my compression stockings.

Dismissive
I have been diagnosed by two different specialist with a genetic connective tissue disorder. Both of the specialists spent 4-5 hours with me, doing a thorough exam. I have spent a total of 25 minutes with Dr. M. He refused to look at the most recent research on my condition, stating that he didn't have time and was already familiar with it. My after visit report states that he is unsure of my diagnosis. He dismissed the diagnosis from two different specialists! I have suffered most of my life with this condition and it has taken many years to finally get a proper diagnosis. I left his office feeling gaslighted and neglected.

My husband was telling me how pleased he was with his new primary doctor, and since I was not happy with mine, I switch doctors. Luckly I was accepted as a new patient of Dr. Moscovitz. Usually, I am a little nervous when I visit a doctor, but NOT when I go to my appointments with Dr. Andrew Moscovitz, because he is a well prepared, knowledgeable, caring and gentle. Dr. Moscovitz listens carefully to my concerns and answers all my questions. I very much appreciate that Dr. Moscovitz always takes the time to provide clear and precise information about medical conditions and treatment options, and that he includes me in the process of making informed decisions related to my medical care. I am happy he is my primary doctor, and I don't mind traveling some extra miles for my visits.

I was nervous going in for a physical with a doctor I hadn't yet met, but I read the reviews and spoke to a receptionist. He was just as nice as everyone said and carefully went through my medical information. I feel confident trusting my health with Dr. Moskovitz and what bigger compliment can anyone give a doctor? I trust him.

Even though the nurse put a note in ny record that my blood pressure was high, the doctor didn’t notice it. Next day I had to go to the ER with elevated blood pressure. That was negligence

It's mental health awareness month and my mental health is being completely ignored and I'm being treated like a test subject for medication. You pushed me to the side like im a nobody, gave me a drug with horrific side effects and told me you'd see me in 5 weeks. This, this is the problem with mental health in America. 5 weeks? Are you serious? That's not ok and I'm looking for a new doctor. You have destroyed my faith in the medical system and im very worried I will never find the help I need. The reason I don't matter to anyone is because I don't make enough money to make any of you care about me.

I saw him when he worked in Springfield. He was dismissive, unyielding, and completely unwilling to try other treatment options for my condition, despite the fact that 30yrs old the same treatment wasnt helping me. I asked to try a different medication and he flat out refused. I saw him once and ran!! I have a new PCP, and when we discussed my treatment, how it was not working well for me, “can we try this other med”, he was completely understanding and willing to try it. I have been SO MUCH BETTER. Not all things work well for all people. Just because one treatment is the “gold standard”, it doesnt mean its best for everyone. We are more than the sum of the numbers on a lab report. Find a doctor who is willing to listen. For me, it was NOT this guy!

Very sarcastic and condescending! Actually scolded me for going to a walk in clinic who subsequently sent me to an ER and said I should not have gone to ER either. Talks horribly about other doctors...said all walk in clinic and ER doctors are young idiots, do not know how to use their brains and run unnecessary tests just because they can. He ignored the findings from the ER as he didn't believe what they found. He didn't even examine me and told me I am fine. Finding new PCP ASAP!!!
