My only contact with her was through a call service for after hours doctors offices that my PCP was included in. I am sure that she had been informed about what was going on with me. I am 81 years old, had knee replacement several days earlier, had irregular heart beat, fever, severe pain in lower leg. She asked what I called for and I started telling her and she interrupted me by saying that she was NOT going to prescribe anything for me. I informed her that I did not want any pills, only her thoughts on what I could do. She was not interested in listening to me and I feel that she was rude. She also had to be called three times by the call service. I can only hope that she cares more for her patients than the way I was treated. I would not recommend her !

Uncooperative with Patient's Questions
Dr. Wright and her office were uncooperative when I was trying to find out what codes for preventative labs were covered by my insurance. When my insurance told me only one of the six ordered lab codes were covered, I asked Dr. Wright to either provide new codes or to speak with member services with my insurance, as they were routine preventative labs and should be covered. I was told via the patient portal that Dr. Wright "changed some of the codes", but did not provide the new codes for me to verify. She also stated the office would not call my insurance to assist. My insurance called her office to assist in getting the new codes to check for coverage, and my insurance let me know she refused to give them the new codes. After I let Dr. Wright know that I was shocked at the level of service via the Patient Portal Messenger, she deactivated my Patient Portal Medical Account, and claims she never spoke to my insurance.
