She is careless and demeaning. She has terrible bedside manner. She does not practice patient centered care. She does not support or practice based on evidence based research. I wish I would have never seen her.

No introduction or communication through hsg
I had never met the woman and she didn’t bother to introduce herself. She came into the room once assistants had prepped me, began the painful procedure, and stopped midway due to a complication that I only picked up on through her communication to support staff. No bedside manor whatsoever.

My appointment with Dr. Perard was positive overall. Her manner is very professional, capable and straight forward. She makes time to listen to all concerns and I trust her. The members of her staff are friendly but also professional. And ..My wait time was minimal.

Dr. Perard listened to my concerns and explained my options and helped me to make a decision about my care. She is kind and friendly as was the office staff. There was very little wait time.

Didn't listen to my concerns, watched me cry and completely misunderstood one of my diagnoses(that happens to be rare) and seemed offended when I explained it. We did discuss a medication I wanted to take, but when I picked it up at the pharmacy she had not prescribed how we had discussed. Just really made me feel more like a number in a production line than a patient she was caring for. Physical exam seemed thorough, only reason for 2 stars.
