Dr. Martin was very professional and took her time to listen to my concerns. She offered different options that were personalized for me. Strongly recommend

Not what I would expect
The overall feeling of this office visit was cold and disrespectful, the office people and the doctor. I was examined with a very impersonal approach with the doctor dictating her findings to the other person in the room typing the her findings… like I wasn’t there..I am in the health care profession and hope I don’t treat my patients the way I was treated.

Wrong dx and rude dr
She gave incorrect dx as i visited two other prominent dermatologists. She didnt spend much time. Also the purpose of pt portal is to communicate and she called and lvm stating they are busy and dont have time for portal I would never recommend her. I had bumps all over scalp which she denied seeing

Too curt, no heart
Too quick, rushed, and no compassion. Recommended her physician husband for my hip replacement. I decided that if he was anything like her, no thanks.

Dr Martin is exceptionally kind. She listened to my complaint, asked relevant questions and then provided her diagnosis. She then explained her recommended course of treatment and patiently answered my many questions. And best of all it worked and I am much better!!!

I brought my 93-yr old father in to have his numerous moles, growths, etc. checked. Dr Ann Martin was friendly, cheerful, professional & efficient. She's very sharp, easily determined that none of the growths were malignant or problematic, and asked more than once if we had any further questions or concerns. Stepping into the waiting room to walking out only took 40 minutes, and that's with new patient paperwork! Dad wasn't even tired from the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Martin.

Just as above. She was curt .everytime I would show her something she would say “oh that’s nothing”. She had a resident in the room with her. They spent the whole time “ fat shaming” me, talking about my weight and looking at me with disgust. I had been to her before,my sister as well as my son, but never never again for me

Treated my wife and I and we both left firmly believing we still need to see a dermatologist. She should not see patients at all and just let her staff do the work. Oh wait... that is what happened. Go see a doctor who cares about people not their wallet.

Always seems genuinely concerned with my condition. Helpful, non-medical solutions to ease symptoms. I'm confident with her care.

My interaction with Dr. Martin is one of the poorest physician encounters that I have ever experienced. She was derogatory in her remarks. Her exam was cursory at best. I feel that I need to see another dermatologist, not for a second opinion- but an opinion. As her consultation was not helpful.

I felt rushed. I was in the office no more than 10 minutes and that time was mostly spent with her residence. I saw her for maybe two minutes. She did a full body skin exam in no more than 10 seconds and left. I thought she would come back but nope she didn’t. Find another dermatologist unless you want to get ignored and feel rushed

I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but Dr. Martin is fantastic. I agree with other reviewers saying her office is busy, but she is also known as one of the top dermatologists in the area so a busy office makes sense. Nevertheless, she showed great concern and conscientiousness towards me (cystic acne for many years) and got me on a treatment plan that has been extremely effective.

I had a terrible experience with Martin. The whole appt she was not present to me (didn't listen to my concerns, told me to go on a medication I'd tried before unsuccessfully -it was on my MHx- & repeatedly pushed me to use a trial medication after I said I was uncomfortable doing so). She barely let me explain & when I finally did (wedding in 2 months; didn't trust an acne trial with inconclusive results) her response was, "You have makeup, right?" I left sad & angry at her non-attentive care.

After I drove 2.5 hours to this appointment, doctor told me multiple times that she "didn't have time" for me- no time to look at my test results, no time to answer my questions, no time to make me feel I'd honestly received any care from her. Huge waste of my time. Won't bother coming to see her again and certainly would recommend her to anyone else.

I took the first available appointment, which was nearly two months away. Waited 2 months, today the day before the appointment, I receive a call from the office that they have to cancel my appointment tomorrow for an emergency. Understandable... I ask when the next available appointment is and am told September 1st, which is over 40 days away. You'd think there would be some kind of accommodation made to get me in. Waiting 3.5 months to get a potentially cancers item looked at. Hmmm.

Got great results for my daughter who had cystic acne. Very busy office though once you are in the rotation, we had minimal wait times compared to our local dermatologist where we easily waited up to an hour.
