I'd give her no stars if I could. Where do I start. Well these scenarios take place at Franklin Square hospital. My Mother suffers from seizures but has not had one in years I mean years. This is only because she switch from having this Dr. Song and having a provider that was able to listen and treat her properly. She could have nearly killed my mother with the crap load of medication she made her take everyday. She put my Mother on 15 to 20 pills a day. Seizures were constantly and my Mother just seemed like a Zombie. Once we decided to go get another opinion on this the new provider was able to get her down to around 3 pills or so a day plus she takes vitamins. The 2nd scenario was my Grandmother who was admitted because her cancer worsened... Chemotherapy became to much and she actually passed away in the hospital bed. Before her passing Dr. Song has the nerve to be nosey and look in her room which was none of her damn concerned. It was nothing to do in what she "practice's".

Avoid this practice, they have been totally unresponsive and distant. Took my daughter here as a new adult patient. Following that visit we can never get a hold of the office and they never return calls, even urgent ones. Twice we were unable to reach anyone to get vital medications renewed. Horrible care.
