I'm not sure about the other doctors, but if you're starting as a new patient I do NOT recommend Dr. Philip. Extreme lack of empathy, and will diagnose you with chronic pain, but have no intentions to find out why. Better to cover and mask the pain than find out if something else might be going on? When I told her I couldn't afford $600 numerous times a year for TPT, she told me to tell my PCP to up my gabapentin and sent me on my way, while sobbing. I usually don't leave reviews like this, or call out doctors, but I have never left an appointment as rejected and upset before. Her behavior was so wild, I was truly taken aback.Truly a disappointment. I can't even get a referral through them (which they ABSOLUTELY can do), they have just fully sent me away. Terrible place, with terrible doctors. No amount of care was provided to me, and even after all of this, they can't even write a single referral for me to get out of there and go somewhere else. I have NEVER been so degraded at a doctor's office. It's very strange to have doctors dig their heels in so hard for people that are just in pain. If you're considering trying this place out, make sure it's your absolute last resort. There's a good chance nothing will be done for you, and you'll get treated like dirt.

Told me my pain was all in my head
Told me my pain was all in my head. I have a connective tissue disorder that causes dislocations and pain among other symptoms. Was not educated on my condition and said I was drug seeking when in fact it's the opposite as i am severely allergic to opioids. I go into anaphylaxis. She spent all of 30 seconds in the room and said to do PT, which I have been doing for three months already with no change. Did not offer any other options, was incredibly rude as she deadnamed me and misgendered me throughout my whole patient chart, and I will never recommend her to anyone.

Unprofessional
Spent an hour with a student and waiting on Dr Philip. When she arrived she spent about 90 seconds with me and got all my information wrong. No help given, no knowledge of joint hypermobility, did not read any of the chart explaining why I was there. Suggested PT, however I’m here because I failed at PT due to chronic unmanaged pain. Went to my car and sobbed afterwards. Awful experience. Do not make an appointment with this woman.

If I could give 0 stars I would
I have fibro and pain throughout my body that I deal with daily. I was recommended the pain clinic Dr. Philip works at and had the unfortunate experience of meeting her. the tech and nurse practitioner were great. The nurse was respectful and understanding as I explained my various issues. I had to wait quite a while before dr. Philip came into the room and instantly got a bad vibe. I'm 23 but that doesn't negate the fact that I'm in excruciating pain. I mentioned an interest in braces because I have hypermobility in my knees and she instantly responded with "If it were my knees I wouldn't wear a brace"... I have pain all over. she only focused on my knee pain and then only suggested PT for it. she said strengthening my knees would help, but that's literally not my only issue. She didn't acknowledge anything I tried to say and was just so mean and cold. After I left my appointment I burst into tears in my car and I never want to lay my eyes on her again. pls see someone else if you can

I repeatedly reported increasing severe pain in my lower back and upper legs over a period >year. She did nothing to evaluate or diagnose the cause of my pain. Told me, “lots of people have chronic pain, you just have to get used to it. There’s nothing I can do.” I finally referred MYSELF to a NeuroSurgeon around her. I had an 85% stenosis of my spinal cord and required a laminectomy.

Not very personable. Rather cold. If I don't feel comfortable with my physician then I don't "trust" them with my care.

Horrible Dr. does not care about people, I think she only working there because she cant get a job anywhere else. She yelled at me telling me I should not use the cream 4x a day, only 3x, however she then prescribes it to be used 4x 4grams per knee, which is 16 grams per day per knee, 2knees= 32 grams, 1 tube has 100 gr. = enough for 3 days. She only prescribes 1 tube, refuses to prescribe more. I am in pain every night, she does not care, does not prescribe pain relieving patches. Refuses to do drug appeal to insurance company, she claims that would be fraud, yells at me again “I won’t commit fraud”. Why would it be fraud to fill out paperwork that the insurance company sent her inquiring the use of the drug Gabapentin? I have been in pain for 4 months. Apparently she is pain specialist making sure you stay in pain.

Not a good doctor, especially not a good pain management doctor. Avoid her at all costs. She has caused me much misery. I was left to suffer in the hospital for days without adequate pain control due to this woman. She is not trustworthy and is definitely not looking into her patients best interest. My animals are treated with more pain control and dignity than this doctor has shown me.
