Dr Brown is a wonderful, caring Physician and I appreciate and respect her care.

First off, it took 3 months for her office to finally schedule me after saying they never got my referral. I had my dr office resend it but it took way too long and they don’t let you schedule until a Dr views your files! I should’ve still been able to schedule a new patient app!!! I was sent here for an elevated parathyroid and I had a scan showing something next to my gland. Sent over bloodwork for thyroid. Everything came back normal for that and just told me to lose weight, that I have a slow metabolism and need to “keep at it”. Got my parathyroid blood work redone and it’s STILL elevated. She told me it’s irrelevant and probably from a surgery I had 2 YEARS AGO and that I was fine. Waited months for NOTHING!!! I had to pay a hefty bill for no help whatsoever!! I’m being sent to a new endo dr and that app is in may! Let’s hope they are more helpful!

Daughter’s appointment was cancelled by the office. My daughter did not cancel it. They told her the next available appointment was in May, five months later. Unacceptable! Office was not professional at all. My daughter loves Dr Brown.

Very good at explaining the problem and how to correct it

No. Put me on a medication that made my heath WORSE. Diagnosed me with 'metabolic syndrome', however didn't inform me of this, nor lifestyle factors I could change to mitigate the supposed condition. All in all, a typical doctor who sees you for a few minutes, wastes time and $$. Her bedside manner was generally average.

My original Endo moved from the area and I was in a panic. She recommended Dr. Brown and I cant tell you how pleased I am with the care that I receive. She is very informative, helpful and educated in her field, and she CARES about her patients! She is currently working to help me get off meds and be a diet managed only diabetic, and I am almost there! :-) Scheduling can be a little tricky, but well worth the wait! Cant wait for my next visit!

She is very educated and attentive to patient needs, and abnormalities. Everything is in favor of the patients needs. I have been seeing her every since I was diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism 4 years ago, her care and treatment plan got me back to a functional healthy state. I trust her to always do what's best for me, and would recommend her because she listens to her patients, and does her best to help them.

Dr. Brown was fantastic. She thoroughly listened to and responded to my health concerns.

We waited 2 months to get into this office as a new patient for a biopsy. When we arrived at the office, they proceeded to tell us that they don't take our plan nor do they take cash. When we asked why, they said they discovered 2 weeks prior that they do not take this particular plan anymore and weren't calling their patients to let them know prior to showing up. My husband took the day off of work and now has to wait 3 MORE weeks to get into another office elsewhere. Very unsatisfied!!!
