Careless and Unorganized Doctor With Bad Office
Telehealth
I saw Dr. Dhaliwal for several months and his visits are no more than 8-10 minutes long. Although he bills for 25-30 minutes. He is scattered and double booked me more than 3 times in this period. He would frequently forget previous things I told him and it was as if I was a new patient every time we met. The only way to reach him is through the LifeStance Health Portal, in which he will NEVER respond. It has been 2 months since I messaged him about an urgent matter (He forgot to refill my meds) and I still have received no reply. I called his office twice and had them reach out to him. Also, CVS messaged him repeatedly about a refill, but he has not responded to anything in 2 months. He also completely forgot about our monthly visits and has never scheduled me again. He abandoned me as a patient and ghosted me entirely, which is a punishable offense as a doctor. Stay away and find yourself a doctor and practice that cares about your health!

Great doctor ! Very knowledgeable, empathetic and kind. In his care I feel safe. Someone I trust completely with myself and my children. He is an asset to mental healthcare. Recommend him 100% & you would not regret.

Excellent
He listened to our problems, was kind and explained things clearly. After a long wait and being through multiple previous doctor this was the best care I ever got. He made me feels comfortable and made a plan that changed my life. Thank you Dr. Dhaliwal.

A NIGHTMARE. RUINED MY HEALTH. WAS ALWAYS CHANGING HIS SCHEDULE. CARED MORE ABOUT FINDING EMPLOYMENT THAN PATIENTS. HE REFERRED MY CASE TO A DOCTOR WHO CAUSED ME TO LOSE MY JOB, BECAUSE SHE DID NOT UINDERSTAND THAT I HAD TO WORK AND COULD NOT KEEP COMING TO THERAPY FOR MEDICATION. DR. DHALIWAL IS A DANGEROUS UNDER SKILLED DOCTOR. BE VERY CAREFUL.
