I was so pleased with my visits to Dr A Sood this past fall when I needed to find a new doctor. She asked me a lot of questions, making me feel as if I was her only concern at that moment and not just "a number." She also made sure she had all my recent past history, even showing interest and questioning numbers on a chart I had been keeping for the past month on my oxygen levels at home. She referred me to other doctors for further testing as she was concerned that my issue was long-haul covid related. After seeing her for 4 months, I moved out of state, so I miss having her as my primary doctor.

I've been with Dr Sood for 5yr now and she's a good doctor. She gets better if you're knowledgeable and interested in your health. I had to lose some weight to address a medical problem, and after doing so she became more interested in my success. This has been my experience with many doctors. They are more motivated to get you healthy if you do the work on your end. She's a good listener, better than you might think on 1st blush. Her staff is up & down. She has turnover, but I think that's just part of the medical industry these days. With record low unemployment ppl learn on the job and move on. It hasn't really been an issue though.

Had a horrible experience with this office. Receptionist with the "blonde" hair = RUDE. They had an issue w/ my insurance (which was wrong on the office's behalf) and called me 15 mins before my appt time (I had already been sitting in the waiting room for 15 mins) and couldn't see me. Issues need to be addressed longer than 30 mins before a patient's appt. WASTE OF TIME. Tried resolving issue for 45 mins. Would NOT recommend

I have been seeing Dr. Sood for several years. She ALWAYS makes me feel like I'm the only patient that matters. She gives me time and listens to what I say. She gently reminds me of the things I need to be working on without shaming me. I have recommended her to several friends.

Awful experience. The Dr accused me of lying about my condition, stated I was too young for arthritis, endometriosis, or any health problems. Told me that I didn't look sick. To further insult, their office is billing both my husband and I for co-pays, when our insurance covered primary Dr visits without a co-pay. Horrible Dr, horrible practice, typical of Drs here in the High desert. We have switched to Kaiser and no more of this BS.
