I do not recommend
Rude, dismissive, no compassion, not helpful, waste of time, appointments run late so when you do get seen .... it is rushed.

I have only "seen" him once by telemed due to Covid-19. I was pleased with that visit. He told me to have labs done and then we would decide what's next. I have called twice and each time I am told he's not available for a few days or a week. Not impressed at all with him or his staff.

A very fine and engaged specialist physician! Hard to find docs like this one these days. I’ve been working with the Doctor for the past few years on painful gout attacks. He’s been very caring and understanding, and has exhibited strong skills. Importantly Dr. Schwartz takes the time to thoroughly explain all disorders and is responsive to phone calls. I recently saw him for what I thought was gout on the knee, but he tagged it as a bacterial infection and prescribed appropriately. Wish they made more like him these days!
