Would choose her every time.
I saw her for a new lump I had found. She listened to everything I had to say and then asked me her questions, did the exam and ordered me the tests I needed. The most amazing thing about this appointment was what she said to me at the end. I wish I could quote it, but she called me by name, looked me in the eye and said no matter how this turns out, I will be with you every step of the way. Like what? This is the first time in decades that I feel like a human and not an appointment slot. She truly cares about ME.

She listens and discusses the ailments with patients. Then she recommends solutions on resolving issues. Excellent. You don't find doctors that take the time to learn your concerns and discuss treatment options.

Seen at 3 pm for sinus headache and was given Rx that should make me feel better in 24 hours. Asked for dr note for work. Got a brief lecture on the importance of work. Told to report the next day. Had to work the next day in pain. Called for additional suggestions. No response. Got the impression she thought I was faking it. My staff and co-workers wondered why I reported to work ill.

Awesome Dr.Martell ! Stephanie @ front desk is the best. Santiago, office manager is always hateful and looks down on you like it is an inconvenience for him to address your needs, he inevitably passes your questions off to another staff member.
