Dr. Arminda Callejas, MD

She and her staff were friendly and I didn’t feel rushed through my appointment like some offices do. She explained everything well and answered my questions.

When I was bleeding while in an early pregnancy the receptionist told me she could get me in in 6-8 weeks. After convincing her to let me speak to a nurse, I ended up doing 2/3 blood tests that week for them to confirm I had a miscarriage. No one informed me of anything else - either that I did or didn't need to come in for a check up or have a D&C. Dr. Arminda knew at that time I had been trying for over a year and I haven't heard from this office since. That was in July 2019, we are in March 2020. Dr. Arminda before had just kept saying it takes time to get pregnant and it will happen (we'd been trying for over a year when we got the positive test in July). My new doctor is marking things off the list of what could be wrong MONTHLY, and I even had another miscarriage in Feb 2020 and was handled with much more care and compassion then Dr. Arminda, her staff, AND this office. This Dr. may be great outside of pregnancy, but if you are a young woman trying, she is NOT right for you.

OMG! Hands down the best doctor ever. Dr. Callejas delivered my third baby and she was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor through my difficult time. she was attentive, caring and very helpful. I so love her for being so kind. She will deliver my next baby

I met Dr Callejas after visiting the ER and learning that I needed emergency surgery. She came to see me immediately!! She was not only kind and caring, but very knowledgeable and thorough! It was a very scary time for my fiancé and I, but we both felt very comfortable and at ease with her! My surgery was successful and I am feeling great!!

Dr. Callejas is an excellent doctor. She delivered my daughter a few months ago. I trust her and would recommend her to anyone. She is very caring and take time to listen to her patients and does not rush them at all. She is always available to listen.
