Had an ingrown toenail for years, pcp removed part of the nail some years ago (super painful), but it eventually came back. Went to Dr. Horowitz and he just trimmed the nail painlessly and no problem ever since. He spends time with his patients, explains his procedures and is eager to answer any and all questions in a way that I can understand. Highly recommended. Great staff too, little to no wait.
