An honest MD, showed genuine concern!
Dr Schwartz performed a spinal fusion L4S1 an anterior posterior 8 hour surgery. He improved my quality of life immensely! I’ve been able to ski in Colorado, hike and kayak in Alaska and continue working in my restaurant 12 hours a day!I spent 4 nights in Huntington Hospital, they provided awesome nursing care! It was 3 days before Christmas and Dr Schwartz showed up in my hospital room at 10:30pm in a full tuxedo! I asked him why, he simply replied he cares about his patients!I could go on and on,,, I’ve recommended numerous times. His PA, Rob McCord is equally fantastic!!

Not interested in chronic complex cases
Presented with new and worsening problems that compounded a chronic injury. Dr. Schwartz ordered some testing but he didn't seem to care at all. He blew me off even though the scans revealed problems. He is cold and dismissive, as is his PA who you are pawned off to see for most of the visit. Plan to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting in the waiting area and exam rooms. He sent me on my way with no care.

Very rude office. Went for a second opinion to another orthopedic and was told a major diagnosis was missed originally by this first doctor.

It's been 7 months since my spinal fusion of L4 L5. I feel so much better and have been getting stronger each day. Dr Schwartz is a good caring person and one heck of a surgeon. If you have had enough of the pain and frustration- go see Dr Schwartz.

There are no words to convey the skill and integrity of Dr. Schwartz. My spinal tumor was expertly removed and the care post surgery was excellent. Dr Schwartz gave me back my ability to enjoy and appreciate all that's good. He's amazing
