Best recommendation is do NOT see this man
Unfortunately I used his urology services for more than four years. Big Mistake. He caused damage to my urethra and then refused to see me again. It seems he tended to schedule an expensive procedure rather than one more simple but which meant less money for his practice. I cannot recommend him based on my personal engagement with him over years. Try to find physician not one so profit driven. I recommend you get a second opinion on his recommendations. One procedure caused damage but I only found out the reason for my pain when I saw another urologist. I cannot recommend him.

This doctor was very nice and acted as though he could fix all of my problems. He sends me for more test at the hospital and I never heard back from him. The medicine he prescribed did not work. I called for 4 days and his nurse finally called me back with no answers regarding my medicine. The nurse said the doctor would call me the next day and it has been 3 weeks with no call. The office was supposed to mail my discs back to me and I have not seen those. I had to go pick up my mri results from the hospital because the doctor never contacted me with results. I have never had a doctor do this and I would not recommend going to see this doctor. A complete waste of time and money!

Liked Dr. Willis during his short tenure at Asante Visiting Physician stay at Grants Pass Asante "Physician Partners" Urology. He was the ONLY positive factor at Asante's sorry, decrepit excuse for a Urology "Department." The staff at Grants Pass Asante Urology are just plain incompetent. I found out the hard way. Since Asante Urology doesn't exist as its own entity in Grants Pass, and has nowhere to review, I had to post this review here. I do like Dr. Willis...nice fellow, knowledgeable, qualified.

Dr. Willis was the worst doctor I've ever been to. He didn't listen to me. He didn't explain anything. He signed me up for surgery after i told him i didn't want it. was rude. He sent my lab work to a lab which wasn't covered under my insurance even after i asked him if it is or not and he said i wouldn't get a bill, I got a large bill from the lab. This guy is after your money and a terrible doctor.

My visits were very professional and well informed. If it had not green for Dr. Willis' thorough get a, I would not have known about a problem which resulted in gym surgery. The staff was very helpful. Any office can be overly busy at times and that is to be expected so plan accordingly.
