Recently understand a surgical procdure. the result is incredible. the office and staff could not have been nicer. Took the extra time to follow up after surgery several times.

I went for top surgery but he only removed my implants and not my brasts as I requested. Then denied me pain medication for 4 days, he blamed the pharmacy since they didn't have it in stock, but he refused to prescribe anything else. He is incompetent, has a careless personality, and took pictures of my chest without my permission. My chest is scarred and I'm forced to see another surgeon to experience the same pain all over again. Also, he's affiliated with an awful hospital who called the cops on me after getting out of bed to use the bathroom without the nurses' permission...

While in his office, after learning of an insurance conflict, Dr. Kressel still took the time to see & guide me with regard to my health care! He was kind, patient, generous and knowledgeable. I'm extremely grateful and have plans to see him next month for a different procedure.

The office was great and the staff is super friendly. There was no wait and the doctor answered all my questions. Everyone was kind.

Dr kressel was patient observant and very knowledgeable. He read all my papers and examined the areas in question. Very patient and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
