Wonderful caring and compassionate Dr and staff! I highly recommend them. They listen, their gentleness and understanding are above and beyond. Expectations are exceeded. They are ALL a tribute to the medical profession. AND, there isn't a rush out the door feeling during the appointment. As I've seen with other Drs. I am very blessed with this team!!!! Thank you ALL!!!!

I see a doctor when needed. As such, this group is not for that, nor the uninsured population, expecting you come in every few months, even if you're well, for exams, wellness exams at $150+, and they won't give estimates for self-pay. As a patient of many years, it's out of hand since FL Hospital's takeover. Saw Polin for a repetitive chest cold. I requested a chest X-ray script, which a PA friend suggested. Polin refused writing a self-pay $40 X-ray script for me to be on the safe side.

Had a mere $85 bill outstanding. Called to make an appointment and office manager told me that once I paid the $85, Dr. Polin would then decide if he wanted to keep me as a patient! LoL really? Hahahaha thank I saved the $85!
